11/06/2012 MSc Programmes presentation 22 Testimonials Abhishek MISHRA (India), MSc in International Business Development, 2009-2010 Burgundy School of Business' MSc programme is the path that enables people to become more competitive, based on the most advanced business management theories and practice, the latest case studies, brought to you by the best foreign teachers, and the most interesting and inspiring teamwork with great co-students. I have done Engineering in Electronics and Communication, so didn t have any Business Knowledge whatsoever, that is why I wanted to study where I can get a global exposure (in terms of Business), studying at BSB provided me with a key to successful business management! Dijon is a beautiful city, with a less expensive cost of living in comparison to other cities of France. The state is famous for its best wines all around the globe, it is also famous for its agriculture. In short a small city equipped with every essential thing, for daily s life, with the French culture which is very friendly as well. In the end I would like to say that the professional programs of BSB prepare you for the demanding organizational roles in a rapidly changing business world. It is a two-way benefit: BSB provides each student with new experience, knowledge and an opportunity for integrating it to the global business community, as well as it makes a significant contribution to company s development. Hence I m really proud of being a part of it.

11/06/2012 MSc Programmes presentation 23 Testimonials Dean-David OXENHAM (The Island of Mauritius), MSc in Wine Business, 2010-2011 My choice for the MSc Wine Business program at the Burgundy School of Business was very much straight forward. Being only a hand full of institutions worldwide offering a business orientated master in the wine industry my choice was made. So far, my experience in Dijon has been fun as it is a cool and relaxed town with a good nightlife and student vibe. The BSB is a small town campus with a dynamic environment thanks to all the student associations who regularly organise events in the large entrance hall. The program places a particular importance on innovation, with courses that are industry relevant and give you the grounding to talk wine. The several trips you make during your free time are also a relevant part of your experience. Going to wine fairs, wineries and discovering this industry that is a great one to work in. As part of the MSc Wine Business, my internship is planned with a company in the spirits sector based in Dijon. My choice was motivated by the want to further understand this complementary industry to wine and to return and grow further the family business that is in the wine and spirits industry in Mauritius since 1932.

11/06/2012 MSc Programmes presentation 24 Testimonials Mariana FERRARI (Brazil), MSc in International Management, 2009-2010 The classes we have in the MSc in International Management are always dynamic, the professors are highly qualified and the mix of cultures and different nationalities in the classroom allowed us to share cultural and professional experiences which give us a truly international environment for learning. Besides of improving my English skills, I have the opportunity of learn French with the classes offered by the School, and of course with the daily life within the people and the immersion in French culture, being able to experience the habits and costumes of French people. Since the first contact with the School, the coordination area of the MSc program helped me in every aspect, filling out the forms and application procedures and even with the visa and finding an accommodation in Dijon. Dijon is a small city with all the facilities and utilities of a big city, the public transport is excellent and the living cost is not so expensive as in the big capitals like Paris and the people are more open and friendly. The challenge is big, you miss your friends and family, but having the opportunity of experience the French culture, learn a new language, know new people from different cultures, having access to the European education in one university recognized as one of the best in the business area in the European continent makes everything worth it.
