MENT ADVISORY GROUP G L O B A L S O L U T I O N S EXECUTE STRATEGIZE DISCOVER

About EAG The Enrollment Advisory Group team is comprised of admission professionals with over 175 years of combined experience in higher education. We have achieved enrollment success in our respective universities through strategic planning, operations efficiency and territory management. Today we bring our expertise to higher education professionals around the globe who are looking to maximize their school s enrollment potential. WE PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS: Holistic assessments for continuous improvement Results driven marketing solutions Proven strategies for international student recruitment So, whether you are looking to enhance enrollment for a large multi-campus system, a small private college or something in between, our approach is consistent for every client. We spend time getting to know your organization, and embarking on an intensive schedule of information gathering to fully understand your enrollment goals and challenges.

Meet Our Team KENNETH DISAIA PRESIDENT Ken was a senior vice president of enrollment management for a multi-campus system for thirty years. He was responsible for new student intake that averaged almost 5,000 new students annually. International enrollment peaked under his direction, exceeding 2,000 students and giving the university national ranking (top 100 among all institutions and top 10 for those classified as master s degree institutions). Ken has strong relationships with countless international education agencies and has spent considerable time in market throughout Asia. JEFFREY GREENIP EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS As a senior leader at two private, non-profit multi-campus institutions, Jeff has gained experience in recruitment, marketing and operations. During his tenue at Keiser University, Jeff created and implemented a marketing and recruitment plan for Keiser University s first residential campus and launched a CRM system that served as a database for a national rep network and a customized communication tool. Jeff also has a 15-year distinguished career recruiting international students. One of his many successes was establishing and facilitating partnerships with Caribbean Ministries for student training. MANUEL TAVARES GLOBAL OUTREACH SPECIALIST Manny has nearly three decades of experience in the field of international recruitment and training from small liberal arts colleges to Ivy League universities. He has created an unparalleled global network of relationships with international recruitment agents, third-party educational consultants and government agencies. Through his vision and exceptional relationship-building skills, Manny recruited more than 2,000 international students per year for a moderately selective, regional university placing the school among the top rankings for international student enrollment. JEANNE BLANCHETTE NATIONAL RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST Jeanne co-managed a national recruitment network that generated more than 100,000 leads annually. Working with recruiters in diverse geographic locations, she identified visibility goals, established analytics for progress monitoring, developed web-based training programs, and measured product knowledge with competency evaluations. Jeanne also worked with third-party vendors on the implementation of admissions strategic activity. Later in her career, she managed a student search program targeting close to one million SAT and ACT test takers. GREGORY DISTEFANO MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST With 25 years of national and international experience for both the consumer goods and higher education industries, Greg has represented a variety of clients including Buick, QVC, David Yurman, MSNBC, Hugo Boss and De Beers Group. Most recently, Greg served as executive director of university marketing for Johnson & Wales University in Providence. In this capacity he managed a range of responsibilities including marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, website management, admission communications, fundraising messaging and executive speech writing. PATRICIA VANWORMER ADMISSIONS MARKETING SPECIALIST Pat has worked in leadership positions for multi-national corporations whose clients included Lockheed Martin, Hewlett Packard, General Motors and the Mayo Clinic. Most recently Pat served as the Admissions Marketing Director for a large private, nonprofit university. Working with a multi-campus university, Pat spearheaded the creation of a marketing and recruitment plan aimed at generating annual enrollments of up to 5,000 students. Her cross-channel marketing approach included print, email, text, social media, digital and electronic marketing and has won several marketing awards.

Recruitment INTERNATIONALIZING YOUR CAMPUS Attracting international students to your campus contributes to all student s cultural competency, communication skills and critical thinking ability, that will benefit students after they graduate. When students and faculty participate in exchange programs, they make international connections and raise the global profile of your university. Given the many challenges colleges, universities and private high schools face in the U.S., it s understandable why many colleges and universities are looking abroad to meet their enrollment objectives. Our leadership team has the proven ability to not only attract, but also retain, a significant body of students from countries around the world. We can help you build a strong foundation and an ongoing funnel for international student enrollment, while minimizing start-up costs and exposure to financial risk. Ken developed an international partnership with Korean universities, colleges and high schools including 2+2 programs. He continuously supported those institutions and took care of their students well while they studied at their university. Y. KIM SEOUL, KOREA I ve been working with Ken for almost 20 years on international enrollment projects in the Middle East and North Africa. Thanks to Ken s commitment, when we started working on the Turkish market we quadrupled our business volume within two years. He has extensive knowledge and experience in developing strategies for opening new markets, building institutional and governmental relationships and expanding existing ones. A. OZENC ISTANBUL, TURKEY

CTSO MARKET DEVELOPMENT According to the National Coordinating Council for Career and Technical Student Organizations, students participating in CTSOs show a strong propensity to enroll in college. They participate in leadership and professional development activities, demonstrate higher levels of academic and civic engagement. With more than 2 million students participating in CTSOs today, EAG can help your school enter into this market. We have developed and cultivated strong relationships with CTSOs for many decades. Ken s keen understanding of DECA as a pathway to college and career success enabled him to create a rich, niche market for recruitment. His stewardship over our partnership has resulted in thousands of DECA students enrolling at Johnson & Wales University. It s been an honor to work with Ken to accomplish our shared mission of preparing the next generation of leaders for college and career success. J. FISTOLERA INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DECA

Marketing Solutions The marketing landscape has changed dramatically within higher education over the last decade. Students now look for authenticity, relevance and real-time communication during the college search process. Here are some ways we can help you optimize your marketing and communication resources: COMMUNICATION AUDIT Are you engaging students by communicating across multiple channels to reach them wherever they are on their phones, on social media, web pages, in their email, or through direct mail? Are you sending the right message to the right student at the right time? Today s campaigns must be data driven, relevant, personalized, and must utilize multiple marketing channels. EAG will conduct a thorough evaluation of your existing communication plan and provide recommendations for building a more targeted approach for campaign development, audience segmentation, and search campaigns. DIGITAL MEDIA If you re not using digital, you re missing out on important tools that could increase lead generation, on-campus visits, applications, and yield. There are numerous digital opportunities to choose from; pay per click, IP targeting, geo-fencing, retargeting campaigns, and more. It s important that enrollment managers implement the mix that is right for their budget, audience and enrollment goals. EAG can help you consistently refine and maximize your digital marketing efforts. SOCIAL MEDIA While recent polls indicate nearly every institution of higher education uses some form of social media, many have not integrated social media into their overall marketing plan, often treating it as a standalone activity. EAG will help you understand the need for taking a more strategic and collaborative approach to your social media marketing efforts.
