A. LOADING PROGRESS GRADES Progress grades will be loaded by the teacher of record via Teacher Access Center (TAC). Additionally, the office can load progress grades via eschoolplus for teachers. TEACHER LOAD This process is done by the teacher using Teacher Access Center (TAC) 1. Teacher goes to Teacher Access Center 2. Under Grade Reporting tab, select Interim Progress 3. Change to the appropriate section, click on the Load icon Note: This process will load the student grades from the teacher gradebook and place the mark under the PROG column. B. RUN MISSING SUBMISSION This report will display all teachers that have not loaded their grades. Menu Path: Mark Reporting >> Entry & Reports >> Progress Reports >> Missing Submission 1. Select Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Select the Progress Report Date from the pull down 3. Click on the Run icon SAMPLE REPORT C. C. LOAD GRADEBOOK AVERAGES Use this page to load Gradebook averages to report cards or progress records for teachers who have not loaded marks in Teacher Access Center. D. MANUALLY ENTERING TEACHER MARKS (IF NECESSARY) Use this screen to enter marks and comments for progress reporting for students in a coursesection. Highly encourage teachers to load grades from their gradebook. Menu Path: Mark Reporting >> Entry & Reports >> Office >> Progress Report by Course 1. Select Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Enter the Course and section 3. Select the appropriate date from the Progress Run Date 4. Click on Load icon 5. Enter the progress mark under the PROG column 6. Enter the conduct under the PCIT column, if applicable 7. Enter comments under the COM1/COM2 columns, if applicable 8. E. TRANSFER CLASS ATTENDANCE TO PR (Progress) This process transfers attendance to progress report records. Menu Path: Mark Reporting >> Utilities >> Calculations>>Transfer Class Attendance to PR 1. Select Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Select the appropriate IPR Date from the drop down menu 3. Click on Log Errors Only 4. Click on the Run icon 5. F. PRINT PROGRESS REPORTS This process will print progress reports Menu Path: Mark Reporting >> Entry & Report >> Progress Reports>>Print Progress Reports 1. Select the Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Select the appropriate IPR Date from the drop down menu 3. Verify the Send cards to student address only is selected from the Mailing Progress Report Cards 4. Click on Refresh Progress Reports Data Before Print checkbox 5. Select the Earliest Withdrawal Date for Inactive Students The earliest withdrawal date for the inactive students that you want to print. Students withdrawn after this date will be included. 6. Select the Report Card Date Enter the date to print on the page header of the Progress Report cards. 7. Click on the Run icon 8. G. PRINT BY DISTRIBUTING PERIOD This process will assign a secondary homeroom to students for report distribution purposes. Menu Path: Registration >> Utilities >> Tools >> Homeroom Assignment by Period 1. Select the Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Select Secondary Homeroom from the Homeroom drop down menu 3. Select the appropriate marking period from the Marking Period drop down menu 4. Select the distribution day from the Cycle Day drop down menu 5. Select the distribution period from the homeroom period drop down menu 6. Under the Filter section, select Demographics, Current Status = Active 7. Click the Run button 8. H. ADDITIONAL PROGRESS REPORTS Mark Summary This report will print marks, attendance, and comments for progress marks. Menu Path: Mark Reporting >> Entry & Reports >> Progress Reports>Mark Summary 1. Select the Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Select the appropriate IPR Date from the drop down menu 3. Select all applicable Marks to Print 4. Select the Mark Types 5. Select the Absence Types 6. Select Comment Types if applicable 7. Can create filters if applicable, using the Filter section 8. Click on the Run icon 9. Mark Summary (To Print Missing Student Marks) This report will print missing student marks. Menu Path: Mark Reporting >> Entry & Reports >> Progress Reports>Mark Summary 1. Select the Building from the Building drop down menu 2. Select the appropriate IPR Date from the drop down menu 3. Leave Marks to Print blank 4. Check for Blank Marks checkbox 5.
