Program is offered to both national and international legal scholars who hold law degrees and intend to pursue legal research and scholarship with a strong international orientation. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY EXAMINATION REQUIREMENT WAIVER REQUEST FORM The current regulations of Ateneo Law School states that applicants who fall into either one of the listed categories below can waive English proficiency examination requirement. 1) Applicants whose first language is English 2) Applicants who completed their law education with English as medium of instruction. A certificate from the school stating that English is the medium of instruction must be submitted. If you do not fall into either of the above categories, but feel that you have the equivalent English proficiency level of those listed above based on your educational background or work experience, you may request a waiver using this form.
