Requires a working knowledge of university policies and procedures to provide timely customer service and elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate staff or management level. Resolves non-routine issues related to applicable policies and procedures as well as applicable data management processes. May serve as a resource for Technicians in resolution of routine issues. Quality of work is reviewed periodically in order to limit impact of service delivery and operational goals.
