Hourly employees that work 20 hours or more per week at ACC may not work more than 4.0 months during the fiscal year. Hourly employees that work 19 hours or less per week may work up to 900 hours per fiscal year. Hourly employees must be hired in accordance with the approved hourly rates and Dual Employment Guidelines provided at: austincc.edu/hr/employment/hourlyemployees.php.
