Otherwise, the last run audit will automatically be displayed. Click the Request Audit button to request a new upto-date audit. Request Audit/New Audit buttons: Take you to the Request an Audit page Run Current Programs is the default, current declared degree programs and catalog years are listed. Click the Run Audit button at the bottom of the page. To create a printable (PDF) degree audit, change Format from Regular (HTML) to PDF
Click the Run Selected Program radio button to activate the What If audit options NOTE: The dropdown menus are now activated. Degree Program select the following: Department Major Major, Minor, Certificate, or Endorsement Degree (if available) Catalog Year Click the Run Audit button at the bottom of the page. Declared and What If audits have the following options: Include In Progress Courses allows the exclusion of the current quarter registration What If Courses allows the inclusion of planned courses Run Type Format o HTML interactive audit with graphs o PDF printable audit without interactive capabilities and graphs Depending on your browser and internet speed, one of the following messages will be displayed.
Manage Student Link: Audits Tab Displays all audits that have been run Format identifies the type of audit o HTML interactive audit with graphs o PDF printable audit without interactive capabilities and graphs Type identifies the type of courses included: Audits may also be manually deleted. Click in the associated check box of the audit you wish to delete. Click the Delete button Degree Programs Tab Displays declared degree programs (majors, minors, certificates, and endorsements) To return to your audit: Click on the Audits tab and select one of the listed degree audits or Click the Home link in the top right header

Courses Tab: EWU Equivalents View EWU equivalents to courses transferred to EWU NOTE: Multiple articulations (many to many, many to one, or one to many) will have combined or weighted credit(s) and composite grade(s). The title will also display ++ noting that there is more than one course. Transfer Courses View transfer courses (as they appeared on the official transcript) Courses are displayed with the original transfer course identity Course terms are entered as the term taken at the transfer institution Credits are displayed as they were entered from the transcript (quarter / semester) Grades are displayed as they were entered from the transcript (decimal /letter)
Courses Tab: Planned Courses Allow the advisor and student to see how courses will apply within the degree audit View previously entered planned courses Add new planned courses o Entered directly into the form by clicking on the Add Planning button or by o Clicking on the course link within the degree audit Filter by term IMPORTANT: Both advisors and students may add and remove planned courses. Deleting planned courses is not restricted to the individual who entered the course. Add Planning Button: Term EWU Course o Enter course in all CAPS 4 character subject (prefix) and 3 or 4 digit course (number) o Courses with subjects less than 4 characters will need a space added before the course number ART & ASL courses enter a space between the subject (prefix) and course (number) Credits will populate from the EWU course catalog once the planned course is saved Grade default is a P (no GPA affect), select a grade to see the planned course calculate into the GPA Title will populate from the EWU course catalog once the planned course is saved Select the Term from the drop down menu Enter EWU course Select grade from the drop down menu Click the Save button
