He holds a BS degree in Anthropology from the University of Idaho and a MA degree in Anthropology from the University of Montana. Mr. McKetta has worked for Federal, State, and Private organizations in Arizona, British Columbia, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. This included projects ranging from Class III inventories to large data recovery and analysis projects. He is experienced in conducting projects that comply with NHPA Sections 106 and 110, NEPA, and Section 4(f) of the DOT act. Mr. McKetta works as a project manager, lab manager, and GIS technician. He has authored or coauthored a number of reports involving inventory, excavation, and predictive modeling. His duties include training and supervision of personnel, planning and implementing projects, proposal and budget preparation, and report writing. He is the treasurer for the Colorado Council of Professional Archaeologists and a member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists.
