From 1/08 to 8/08 directed the division oflnstitutional Advancement of the College on an interim basis. This included direct supervision of the Executive Director of the Lehman College Foundation with an endowment of $7 million, the Director of Development, Director of Corporate Relations and Director of Alumni Relations. Served as Campus Executive for a CUNY-wide Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) project called CUNY FIRST, bringing the PeopleSoft/Oracle applications systems to Lehman College. Supervised the Office of Project Management for the College, including the CUNY FIRST project. Insured that the campus community and the offices involved are well informed of the CUNY FIRST project. Developed and supervised an office-by-office business process 3

documentation and assessment for the project. Developed campus personnel training plans for each of the pillars involved in the CUNY FIRST project. The overall enrollment is approximately 5,600 students of which 4,900 are undergraduates. There are approximately 3,050 students living on campus residences. The University's budget is close to $95 million. Function as the Chief Fiscal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the University. As Chief Fiscal Officer, provide direct supervision for all matters related to the University's finances. These include Finance and Accounting, Budget, Student Accounts, Payroll and Purchasing. Responsible for preparation of yearly budget requests, in consultation with University's Budget Committee. Responsible for budget approval submission to Board of Trustees. Responsible for submission of quarterly budget reports to President and Board of Trustees. Monitor expenditures to insure compliance with Federal, State, and Board of Trustees Approved Policies on expenditures. As Chief Administrative Officer provide oversight for administrative and operational services of the institution. This includes Human Resources and Campus Facilities and Operations. Work with established campus committees and state agencies on planning of new construction and major renovations. Work with appropriate agencies on bonding of construction projects and major renovation of facilities, for student residences as well as academic facilities. Vice President for Finance & Administration College of Staten Island, CUNY Staten Island, NY 08/08 to 6/2011 A comprehensive institution offering associates, bachelors and masters programs. In collaboration with the CUNY Graduate Center it also offers seven doctoral programs enrolling over 150 students. The overall enrollment of the College exceeds 13,500 students. The College of Staten Island (CSI) is composed of 21 buildings spread over 204 acres in a park-like setting with an overall budget exceeding $100 million. Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the College. As Chief Financial Officer, provide direct supervision for all fiscal matters, budgets and offices related to finance. These include, Budget Office, Accounting Office, Purchasing Office, Payroll Office and Bursar 5

Office. Responsible for the preparation of yearly budget requests. In consultation with President and Chief Academic Officer, prepare budget allocations for academic areas as well as other divisions. Monitor expenditures to insure compliance with all Federal, State, and CUNY regulations and to insure a balanced budget. Prepare and submit yearly balanced spending plans. Oversee compliance with all State and Federal audits, including A-133. As Chief Administrative Officer, provided supervision for administrative and operational areas of the College. These included, Human Resources, Auxiliary Services Corporation, Public Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Campus Planning, Buildings and Grounds and Operational Services. The division of Finance & Administration has over 250 employees in a highly unionized environment with several collective bargaining units representing the various categories of employees. Serve as President of the CSI Auxiliary Services Corporation. This is a $3 million operation outside the tax-levy allocation. Oversee the Capital Repairs plan for the college. Work harmoniously with internal campus constituencies, faculty, student groups, staff, and collective bargaining units. Work with Central Office to insure compliance with established CUNY policies, initiatives and guidelines. Lead a complex division that provides a myriad of infrastructure services to accomplish academic and service missions. Supervised the development and operation of an accounting system pertaining to the annual operating and capital budget. Developed policies and procedures for divisional departments.
