A Guide for Potential Sponsors In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED like experience. A TEDx event hosts a suite of short, carefully prepared talks, demonstrations and performances on a wide range of subjects to foster learning, inspiration and wonder and to provoke conversations that matter. TEDxCMU maintains the spirit of TED itself: multidisciplinary, focused on the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world.
