I spoke on two topics a probate law update and a sales law update. During the 2013-2014 academic year, I was a Speaker at the Law School s Winter Institute in Naples, Florida. I spoke on two topics a probate law update and 2

professionalism. I will present the professionalism program in May at Alumni Weekend. During the 2012-2013 academic year, I spoke at a Symposium at Temple University School of Law on the topic of Arbitrability and Vulnerability. I also spoke at the Annual meeting of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law as part of a two-hour session called Closet to Court: Attorneys and Doctors on Undue Influence, with Adam Fried, Esq., Sherif Soliman, MD and Susan Hatters Friedman, MD. Additionally, I was a Speaker at the Law School s Winter Institute in Naples, Florida. I spoke on two topics a probate law update and professionalism from the client s point of view (with Prof. Cravens). Prof. Cravens and I presented an extended version of the same CLE in Fall, 2012 and will present the Florida program in May at Alumni Weekend. During the 2011-2012 academic year, I was a Speaker at the Law School s Winter Institute in Naples, Florida. I spoke on two topics a probate law update and how to avoid common drafting errors. During the Geneva Program in Summer, 2010, I presented 16 hours of CLE on International Sales Law, International Family Law, Estate Planning and Elder Law. During the 2010-2011 academic year, I organized and presented as part of the AALS Section on Aging and the Law s session at the Annual Meeting. The topic was Arbitration and the Older Client. I was a Speaker at the Law School s Winter Institute in Naples, Florida, February, 2011. I presented two sessions one on International Sales and one on International Family Law. During the 2009-2010 academic year, I was a Speaker at the Law School s Winter Institute in Naples, Florida, February, 2010. During the 2008-2009 academic year, I presented CLE programs for the School of Law in Akron, Youngstown and Naples. I spoke on the topic of Insurance and Annuities for the Section on Aging and the Law at the AALS Annual Meeting. I spoke to the disability law clinic students and faculty at Indiana University in April, at the Ohio Bar Convention in May and at the Gonzaga Institute for Teaching Law in June.
