(read carefully) A registration fee of afl. 100.= must be paid at the beginning of every school year. Registration fees are non-refundable. It is the understanding that the school fee is a yearly tuition fee. The school year is divided in 12 months from August to July and all tuition fees MUST be paid between the 26 of the present month and the 6 th of the following month. Please take note that for parents with a yearly income less than afl. 37,000.00 are requested to appoint a guarantor (borg). In the event the installment is not paid on the due date you will receive a notice of default. For the late payment of each installment you will have to pay an additional fine of afl. 100.00 In case the payment is outstanding for more than 60 days from the due date, the school has the option at its discretion to take appropriate action to recover such outstanding payment by calling upon your guarantor (borg).
In the event these payments stay outstanding consistently, the school will commence the procedure against the guarantor for the collection of the outstanding payments owed to the school. All costs involved in these procedures will be payable by the parents/guardian a/o guarantor. (2) The entire annual tuition fee is owed automatically to the school, as soon as the student begins his/ hers first day. In case student has to leave suddenly / unexpectedly during school year, student forfeit a penalty, immediately due and payable to the school, in the amount equal to the remaining monthly tuition fee. These regulations will not apply in case of circumstances beyond the control of the parents. The office will have the final discretion to decide.
