What is a Business Board Simulation?! It is an experiential learning & development tool.! Think monopoly but business oriented and strategic.! It makes the essence of a company tangible, audible, visible.! A well designed business board simulation models the entire value chain: -! Assets: staff, inventory, machines, buildings -!
