PTK 90-DAY CRASH COURSE CALENDAR Dear Candidates, The Professional Teaching Knowledge (PTK) 90-Day Crash Course Calendar was originally created in our T&I Scholarship group to accelerate the completion of the program for scholarship participants, its success has led us to offer it to all ABCTE candidates. While this is a FREE resource, it is NOT for everyone; in fact, it is provided specifically to people who know that they need to finish the ABCTE program in a very limited amount of time. The average time it takes a candidate to pass the PTK portion of the exam is 6 months if they do the PTK first. The Subject portion is completed four months after. You must be disciplinied and committed to stick with this calendar. The second qualification for the resource is that it does use the extra materials found in the ABCTE Plus+ program, the PTK Standards Workbook, and the two PTK Quizbanks. Those of you who are in the standard program and have not enrolled in the ABCTE Plus+ program can upgrade their program for a special $250 price rather than the $320 cost of the three resources. You CAN use the calendar as a guideline if you choose not to use the resources, however it was designed specifically to use these resources to speed up the studying time. IMPORTANT NOTE: the program can be, and has been, successfully completed without the Plus+ upgrade bundle or this calendar.
