WIEL State Conference 2017 WIEL aims to support women in and aspiring to leadership in education. WIEL has networks across the state. We aspire to support women in all aspects of leadership including SAS staff, school-based executives, teachers, non-teaching leaders and aspiring leaders in the corporate, government and non-government sector. CONFERENCE PACKAGE The conference package includes conference fees, arrival refreshments, morning tea and lunch. TRANSPORT/ PARKING All transport, parking and accommodation costs and organisation remain the responsibility of attendees. There is ample parking near the venue. Information will be sent following registration. There is a wide range of accommodation near the venue. CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the WIEL Treasurer. Cancellations received more than 10 working days prior to the conference (i.e. before July 31 st 2017) will be given a full refund. A partial refund (registration minus $75.00) will be made in respect to cancellations within 10 days of the commencement of the conference (i.e. on or after July 31 st 2017). No refund will be given for cancellations less than five days before the commencement of the conference (i.e. after August 6 th 2017). Nominations for a substitute to attend in the place of original nominees will be accepted. WIEL reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule events or to change advertised conference speakers or the event program.
