RESERVATION The reservation of posts will be made subject to statutory provisions enacted by State Government of Rajasthan. Candidates seeking benefit of reservation must submit attested copy of the caste certificate (SC, ST, Non creamy layer OBC, Non creamy layer SBC) or the additional category certificate (if applicable) issued by the competent authority. During probation period rules for Leaves, Salary, etc. shall be applicable as per State Government Norms and University norms (and amendments done in service rules from time to time). Only after satisfactory completion of probation regular pay scales, allowances (as applicable) shall be given. Contributory pension scheme shall be applicable only after satisfactory completion of probation. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Before filling the on-line application form, read the notification, information booklet etc. carefully. Ensure the eligibility and other requirements / criteria for recruitment as given in this booklet. You should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature is likely to be rejected even if you come through the final stage of recruitment process or even at a later stage. IMPORTANT: HAND WRITTEN / TYPED / PHOTOSTAT COPIES / PRINTED APPLICATION FORM / SCREEN PRINTOUT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. After filling part one of application form, applicant has to deposit application fee through e-mitra. After payment of application fee you can access to Part II of the on-line application form by entering your Form no. and date of birth. Incomplete application forms will not be considered in recruitment process. All candidates are required to submit, at the address mentioned below print copy of the filled on-line application form, duly completed along with all requisite documents (attested), on or before 11..26 (5:00 P.M.) in person or send it by post so as to reach the RUHS (Entrance cell) on or before 11..26 failing which their candidature IS LIKELY TO BE CANCELLED. Any other relevant certificate(s) as required RECRUITMENT PROCESS The details relating to recruitment process shall be available at the RUHS website in due course. The screening test (online- computer based test) will be conducted only for those posts where number of applicants exceeds 1:10 ratio per post, All the applicants will be eligible for interview in case number of applicants is 10 or less then 10 per post in that subject. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, details of which shall be available in due course. Number of questions in screening test will be 80 duration of examination 90 minutes. Each question will be of 1 mark and no negative marking for wrongly attempted question. Decision of RUHS shall be final in processes governing recruitment process. Candidates trying to use unfair means shall be disqualified from the recruitment. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates. You should make sure of your eligibility to the post (as per minimum eligibility criteria laid down by Medical Council of India for every post) and that the declaration made by you in the format of application regarding your eligibility is correct in all respects. You will be liable to any legal action and / or termination from the services as may be deemed fit by the appointing authority in case it is found that you have furnished in-correct information or made false declaration regarding your eligibility at any stage or suppressed any information. The jurisdiction for legal cases arising out of the recruitment process shall be limited to the competent courts at Rajasthan only. The decision of the RUHS in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of recruitment process and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned.
