1. Introduction The We re Listening Results Dashboard replaces all three reporting outputs from Talkback with a simple to use tool that has all the data you need in one place. The Results Dashboard has been designed to help you better understand and interpret your We re Listening results. This guide provides an overview of the We re Listening Results Dashboard including how the Results Dashboard works and the different ways you can analyse your We re Listening results. 2. Finding your way around Once you have logged into the We re Listening Portal you will see a toolbar at the top of the Landing page. The We re Listening Results Dashboard can be accessed via the first option next to the Home option: Once you click on the We re Listening results option you will be taken to the We re Listening Results Dashboard. You will notice that the toolbar at the top of the screen changes to the one shown below: There are a number of options for you to choose on the toolbar: Navigation This option allows you to view your data in a number of set dashboard formats Hierarchy: If you have access to data for more than one store or team, this option will allow you to navigate to the store or team (or higher level) that you want to view Exports: This option allows you to export the Dashboard as either a PDF or an image file 3
Reset Filter: This option allows you to reset any filters you may have applied to your results 3. Navigation The We re Listening Results Dashboard has six main dashboard options to select and view your data. These are: Landing page: This Dashboard provides with you with an overview of your We re Listening results Question breakdown: This Dashboard takes you to a summary of the results for all the question categories that make up We re Listening Key Drivers: This Dashboard takes you to the question categories that are your key drivers of Sustainable Engagement and focus for Action Planning Management Index: This Dashboard gives you a more detailed view of the results that make up your Management Index score Sustainable Engagement: This Dashboard gives you a more detailed view of the results that make up your Sustainable Engagement score Comments: This Dashboard lets you view a summary of the themes for the written comments made by colleagues as part of We re Listening. Where appropriate, you can also view the specific comments in an anonymised format Please note all example dashboard pages in this guide contain example data and are not based on real results 4
4. The landing page dashboard The landing page dashboard gives you an overview of your We re Listening results including your Sustainable Engagement score, Management Index, your colleague segments, the Sustainable Engagement scores for the next level down in the hierarchy and a summary of the results for all the We re Listening question categories. You can also filter the data by demographics, access your written comments and key drivers of Sustainable Engagement. 5. Question breakdown dashboard The question breakdown dashboard, like the landing page, gives you an overview of the results for each question category in We re Listening. Each category is displayed in a box which, if clicked on, takes you to the detailed results for each question that makes up the category. You can also filter your results by demographics. 6. Key drivers dashboard The key drivers dashboard, alongside an overview of your Sustainable Engagement score and colleague segments gives you an overview of the results for each category that make up your key drivers of Sustainable Engagement. Each driver is displayed in a box which, if clicked on, takes you to the detailed results for each question that forms part of the driver. As with the other Dashboards, you can also filter your results by demographics. 7. Management Index dashboard The Management Index dashboard gives you an overview of your Management Index alongside the questions that contribute towards the Index. For supermarkets we have also provided a subsidiary Index for department managers based on the views of colleagues who are line managed by a Band 3 Team Leader (you can also click on this for a more detailed view of these results). As with the other Dashboards, you can filter your results by demographics. 8. Sustainable Engagement dashboard The Sustainable Engagement dashboard, gives you overview of your Sustainable Engagement score and your colleague segments alongside the results for each question that contributes towards the scoring for these. As with the other Dashboards, you can filter your results by demographics. 9. Comments dashboard The comments dashboard shows you a word cloud that summarises the themes for each of the written comments. Where appropriate the dashboard allows you to click on a theme to view all the comments made under that theme. You can also search by keyword. Choose which open comments question you wish to view Click on a theme to see the detailed comments where available Type a key word here to search for comments 10. Exporting your results If you would like to export your We re Listening dashboard, you can do so either as an image or PDF by clicking Exports and the relevant drop down option. You can also export all of the questions by selecting Export all Questions. This will download an excel spreadsheet showing the favourable scores for all categories and questions included in We re Listening.
