At Jonathan Alder H.S. Library Monday, June 10, 7:00 p.m. 2013 President Mary Jo Boyd called this meeting to order. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance along with silent prayer and meditation followed by roll call. ROLL CALL: Mrs. Boyd Present, Mrs. Blacka Present, Mr. Bichsel Present, Mr. Foust Absent, Mr. Votaw Present. 136-2013 APPROVE MINUTES It was moved by Mr. Votaw and seconded by Mr. Bichsel to approve the minutes from the May 13, 2013 Regular Board Meeting, May 17, 2013 and May 23, 2013 Special Board Meetings and waive the reading of said minutes. 137-2013 APPROVE AGENDA It was moved by Mrs. Blacka and seconded by Mr. Votaw to approve the agenda for the June 10, 2013 Regular Board Meeting. 138-2013 FINANCIALS It was moved by Mrs. Blacka and seconded by Mr. Bichsel to approve the May 2013 reports as presented by the Treasurer. 139-2013 FINANCIAL TRANSFERS $139,256 from Permanent Improvement Fund (003) to OSFC Maint. Motion Carried. 152-2013 PAY INCREASES 2.5% It was moved by Mr. Foust and seconded by Mr. Votaw to approve a 2.5% pay increase f or all certified and classified employees for the 2013-2014 school year as per the negotiated agreement of May 2011. 153-2013 AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATOR S LIMITED CONTRACTS It was moved by Mr. Bichsel and seconded by Mr. Foust to approve the elimination of 10 days of vacation for compensation on all administrative contracts for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years. 154-2013 FREEZE ALL ADMINISTRATOR S SALARY FOR 2013-2014 It was moved by Mr. Foust and seconded by Mr. Bichsel to approve a salary freeze for all administrator contracts for the 2013-2014 contract year.

155-2013 RESOLUTION REGARDING REDUCTION IN FORCE (RIF) OF TEACHING EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it needs to implement a reduction in force within its teaching staff due to financial reasons; and the superintendent recommends the following positions be abolished or reduced and contracts be suspended or reduced effective August 15, 2013.
