What is Home Access Center? Website available to parents (and at site discretion, students) that is a real-time look at student data The data is housed on a secure server and only users with authorized access may enter the website Parents who did not receive a login and password last year will need to do so Parents who used the system last year will use the same information
Where do I Get a Login? Every parent in the district has an account within eschoolplus To pick up your login and password you must show a Photo ID at any site where you have a child enrolled in Fulton County Schools. Parents with multiple students in our system may request that their accounts be combined so all children are connected to a single login
What is on the Website? Student information from teacher grade books and data entered by administrators Attendance Discipline Transcripts Schedules Test Scores Report Cards Registration information Classwork assignments, tests etc.
Access the Website Go to the Fulton County Schools website: www.fultonschools.org Click on the Parents icon Click on the Home Access Center login icon Follow the instructions on the next screen Enter your Login and Password when prompted

The New HAC Version The new look is similar to eschool Note the menu items on the left side of the screen Each of the items take you to the page with a single click Users no longer scroll across the top of the web pages to get the tabs that were off the page! Any extra pieces, e.g. Dynamic Links or other modules will be added to the menu list
Initial Page Multiple Students To select a student click once on the student s name (link) Note all information in this slide show is a combination of data from test databases and not for a single student or site.
Initial Page Single Student or After Selecting a Student Daily Summary page accessible from the menu bar On 8/15/2011 this information will be available for parents to see at a glance what is going on that day
Student Schedule Student Schedules for the Current day are shown on the Daily Summary page The student s full schedule is shown on the Schedule page Students may attend different classes if the site is on rotation, e.g. A/B schedule You will see both day s classes on the schedule page
Student Schedule Page In the Spring course requests for the new year will show on the bottom of the Schedule page
Attendance If a student is absent or tardy the day of the event will be highlighted according to the color coded legend. Hovering the mouse over that day will shows the highlights of the event, e.g. Tardy Period 01
Discipline Any Discipline events attached to a student is viewable on this page. If multiple students are involved in an incident parents will only see information about their child.
Classwork Classwork may be sorted by Report Card Period
Interim Progress Report Interim Progress Reports are posted periodically and times vary according to the school level. Ask your site administrator for specific dates.
Report Cards Report Cards are posted at specific times that vary with the school level. Ask your site administrator for specific dates.
Transcript Student transcripts will be available after the first Grade Reporting period.
Test Scores
Registration (part 1) Information on the Registration page flows down the page; the next two slides show the bottom of the Registration information
Registration (part 2) Click on the link to Edit Information in the Contact Information to add or change email addresses. Contact phone numbers are viewable only. Only guardians listed as Living With the student see Contact Information part of the security of the application!
Registration (part 3) Click on the Edit Information link in the FERPA section to add or change your FERPA settings Changes made on the website are updated in the student s files in the Student Information System when you click Save.
