What is ShareIT? In the European project ShareIT efficient on-the-job methods (processes and tools) of informal further education and professionalization of trainers in basic skills promotion are developed, tested, evaluated and transferred. The project aims at the national and transnational exchange of knowledge and information between trainers. European training and online platforms are the ideal tools for trainers to take part in an exchange and improve their competencies. There is however a shortage of these tools and trainings available. ShareIT provides an answer. ShareIT also provides a newly developed internet platform for professional and physical exchange, European training and a Handbook that supports the trainers in their exchange and learning process. All are quality assured.
What are the Outcomes of ShareIT? Handbook with methods of informal further education and the professional exchange of basic skills trainers. Testing, evaluation and transference of these methods. Physical exchange of trainers in order to test these methods. Systematic networking and collaboration of basic skills trainers on a national and European level. Development of an online-platform that allows the exchange of the trainers to enhance their professional experience. Improvement of the ICT-competencies (social media and web 2.0 applications) of trainers.
