During the Registration process you will be asked to: 1. Give your contact details 2. Produce a password 3. Produce several security questions After you have completed the registration questions UCAS will: 1. Generate a Username, e.g. jsmith1 Make sure YOU MAKE A NOTE of this. 1. Generate a Personal ID number. 2. Send a verification code to your email address. You will need to retrieve this code to complete the process.

What information will UCAS require? 3 Students are asked to complete the following sections: Personal Details Additional Information (inc. SEND) Choices (5 max for most ) Education Employment Personal Statement A member of Staff will then add: A Reference
When you have completed all the sections you will be able to click on the Pay/Send button. The fee for UCAS 2016 is 23.00. A debit or credit card will be needed to pay this fee. Your form will then go to your school referee who will add a reference and then send the form to UCAS.

Submitting UCAS forms at school Students must ensure they have had their form checked by form tutors. They must pay for the form online. They must hand a paper copy into the main school office which then triggers the reference writing process.
