INTRODUCTION We WELCOME you to our upcoming Infinity Sports Camp. Enclosed you will find informafon for our upcoming sports camp season. As we enter our 11th season, we trust that your decision to host a sports camp will be a rewarding experience for you, your leaders, and the campers involved. The PURPOSE of our ministry is to engage individuals in Sports Ministry with the goal of helping individuals to grow in their faith while using sports as a pla`orm to share Christ with others with the hopes of leading them to Christ. From the campers that aaend, to the leaders you enlist to assist, and your church members that become aware of who we are, we pray that lives will be changed. What makes Infinity Sports Camps UNIQUE? See Appendix I, page 7. 1

INFINITY SPORTS CAMP INFORMATION schedule - sports - age - equipment - helpers - registra@on 1. Schedule A. Schedule will include RecreaFon, Opening Session, Bible Study, Sport Time, Worship, Purposeful Training (PT), and Closing Ceremonies (see Appendix II, page 8). 2. Sports A. Sports being offered this summer include Basketball, Cheerleading, Soccer, Volleyball, Flag Football, Sogball, and Baseball. 3. Age A. We accept campers that have completed Kindergarten prior to the summer up to those that have just graduated High School. 1) Camper grade will be designated by the grade they just completed. 4. Equipment A. Infinity Sports provides all the necessary sports equipment to conduct a sport Fme. 5. Sport Servants (Those that assist our staff) A) Schedule a Sport Servant MeeFng for Sunday agernoon to discuss their role in the week. B) We ask that you provide 1-2 Sport Servants per sport Fme. C) Their role will consist of 1) AssisFng with designated responsibilifes assigned by the sport Fme leader 2) Helping with water breaks 3) Taking children to the bathroom 4) AssisFng in the teaching if they are prepared and confident they can do this D. We desire that you select someone that 1) Enjoys the sport they will help with 2) Enjoys working with children 3) Is enthusiasfc 4) Will be a help to the program 5) Is willing to be available the enfre week 6. Camper RegistraFon A. You will be responsible to register campers for your week of camp. B. In order for us to plan more effecfvely, please provide your Infinity Sports Director with a detailed list of campers at least one week prior to camp. 1) We recognize that addifons will be made at the last minute. 2

FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE 1. Fees and Payment schedule A. Minimum Number of Campers 1) We request that a church have at least 50 campers registered. 2) A church may have under 50 campers registered, but will pay for 50 campers. 3) For example, if 45 campers are registered, the church will pay for 5 extra campers. 2. Sports Camp fees A. Per person fee for a week of camp is $125. This includes: 1) Camper fee 2) T Shirt 3) Camp Picture (online) 4) Camp CerFficate 5) A daily worship experience 6) A week of solid Biblical instrucfon through Storying 7) A week of Sports instrucfon 3. Payment schedule (See Appendix III, page 9) A. If prior to January 1, a $500 deposit to hold your week of camp will be due 1 month ager confirming your week of camp. If ager January 1, the deposit is due 2 weeks ager confirming. B. On March 1, the $2000 camper deposit is due March 1 for the upcoming summer. ((the $2000 deposit and $500 deposit will be deducted from the final camp cost)) C. If a church cancels ager February 1, they will forfeit the $500 deposit. D. If a church cancels ager April 15, the will forfeit the enfre $2500. E. Final camp payment will be due at the end of your week of camp. 4. Expenses to budget for A. Snacks/Drinks (see Daily Schedule in Appendix II, page 8) 1) Please provide daily snacks for the children. B. PromoFon 1) Newspaper ads 2) Camp Fair 3) Parent Magazine 4) School Flyers C. Camp Flyer 1) Created by you 2) We can assist you in the process by providing samples of what other churches have done. 3

BIBLE STUDY - PLAN OF SALVATION - FOLLOW- UP 1. Bible Study A. We provide all Bible study (Storying) materials. B. Our staff is responsible for teaching our Bible study (Storying). C. Previous years Bible studies (Storying lessons) are available for purchase for your use in a mission or other type of ministry experience. 2. Plan of SalvaFon A. Our Thursday Bible study will consist of sharing the plan of salvafon with the children. B. Great care is taken in training our staff in presenfng the plan of salvafon to the children. Our desire is to present the Gospel without pressure. C. Campers in 3rd grade and above will fill out a response card that provides coaches and church personnel with informafon related to their interest and/or commitment to Christ. D. We provide needed Fme to talk with children that have specific quesfons about their relafonship with Christ. 3. Follow- Up A. For those campers on the Response Card who checked that they wanted to know more informafon about Christ or who asked Christ to come into their heart, we ask that church personnel individually talk with those campers on Thursday or Friday of camp week. B. A copy of all response cards will be leg with the church so that informafon about your church and addifonal follow up may be provided to campers. C. Our partnership with you extends beyond us providing a sports camp experience. Our purpose is to use sports as a tool to reach children and families in your community, therefore please follow- up and nurture the seeds that have been planted. 4

HOUSING AND MEALS 1. We ask that the Host Church provide the following for our staff. A. Housing beginning the Saturday before camp and ending ager breakfast the Saturday ager camp. B. Meals beginning the Saturday evening before camp and ending ager breakfast the Saturday ager camp. 2. Infinity Sports Travel Schedule A. The Infinity Sports team will arrive Saturday agernoon and depart the following Saturday morning. 3. Housing A. HosFng 1) Be aware that Sunday agernoon and evening are major preparafon Fmes for the staff. Take that into considerafon when making host home and meal preparafon. 2) If at all possible, keep housing split into the least amount of locafons. This will make it easier for our Director to pick up staff each morning. B. OpFons for Housing. Our team will be extremely flexible when it comes to housing. As long as they are able to get a good night s sleep, we are fine with either of the following opfons. 1) Staying with families. 2) Staying in a mission house. 3) Stay at the church (we bring air maaresses just in case). 4) Staying in a hotel. C. CommunicaFon with host homes 1) Make sure host home has an accurate male/female rafo. a) Infinity Sports Director will communicate number of staff and gender to Church contact personnel. 2) Make sure Infinity Sports Director has phone numbers and address of host homes. 3) Make sure host home understands meal arrangements for the week. 4. Meals A. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are to be provided for the staff. B. OpFons for Meals 1) Host Home provides 2) Church provides 3) Sunday School class provides 4) Church organizafon provides 5

SALES ITEMS - PROMOTION 1. Sales Items A. We will provide a small variety of sales items during the week. 1) Tables will need to be available to display the sales items. 2. Camp PromoFon A. Knowing that promofng an event is not always easy, here are some ways churches have promoted an Infinity Sports camp in the past. 1) Schools 2) Other churches 3) AssociaFonal Office 4) Church mailing list 5) YMCA s or other Children s Community Centers 6) Parent s from last summer 7) Ager- school programs 8) Camp Fairs (Parent Magazine) 9) Camp Days at the Mall 10) Radio 11) TV 12) Church Website 13) Church Newsleaer 14) Children s Events 15) Church Events 6

APPENDIX I WHAT MAKES INFINITY SPORTS CAMPS UNIQUE? 1. Leadership A. Our staff training is conducted by three individuals with combined experience from 1) Children s Ministry, Elementary EducaFon teaching, Elementary Physical EducaFon teaching, Sports Camp leadership, Coaching, Overseas Sports Missions trips, and Seminar Leadership. 2. Staff A. We program and staff the enfre day. 3. Equipment A. We provide all basic sports equipment, with the excepfon of select baseball equipment and mats for cheer acfvifes. 4. Sports A. We offer 7 sports each church can choose from. 5. Purposeful Training A. An opportunity for campers to be involved in a different acfvity track that acquaints them with different forms of leadership and different ways to minister to others. 6. Sport Servant Training Program A. We offer an opfonal modified Sports Training program for individuals assisfng with our staff during the week of camp. 7. End of the Week Video A. We provide each church with an end of the week camp video. 8. Photo Memories A. We provide a CD with photo memories from the week each church host. 7

MONDAY-FRIDAY Camp (see schedule on this page) FRIDAY End of the Week Celebration (invite parents, other family members, and friends). This event is scheduled to take place 30 45 minutes prior to the end of camp. SATURDAY Team will depart after breakfast. FRIDAY SCHEDULE 12:40 Worship 1:20 Sports Experience #2 AcFvity Session 2:05 Break 2:15 Purposeful Training 3:10 Closing Ceremonies (Parent s and other family members/friends invited) 4:00 Dismiss 8

APPENDIX III PAYMENT SCHEDULE 1. 1st Deposit - $500. A. Due two weeks ager a week of camp is confirmed. B. This amount is deducted from the final cost of camp. 2. 2nd Deposit - $2,000 A. Due March 1 B. This amount is deducted from the final cost of camp. 3. Payment ConsideraFon A. If a church cancels ager February 1, they will forfeit the $500 deposit. B. If a church cancels ager April 15, they will forfeit the enfre $2500. C. Final camp payment will be due at the end of your week of camp. D. Your deposits will be deducted from the total cost of camp. 4. Number of campers A. Host church agrees to provide a minimum of 50 campers. B. If 50 campers are not secured, the host church agrees to pay for campers needed to reach 50. 9
