WHO ARE WE? ANFORA is a technology-based consulting company, dedicated to the promotion of information technology and high-level training for companies, institutions and public bodies at local, regional and national level. ANFORA, from the beginning has been dedicated to a business venture that offers solutions for the Human Resources of Institutions, Organizations and Companies, which endeavour to continuously improve their human capital. For more than a decade, we have dedicated all our experience and knowledge to work with the Authorities responsible for the active employment policies. Thus, many of our projects are focused on unemployed workers and groups at risk of exclusion from the labour market. These projects have been accompanied by professional experience programs and specific activities for guidance on labour orientation awareness and Occupational Risk Prevention, environmental protection, the promotion of quality and the internationalization of companies. of associate centres in Almería, Granada, Jaén, Caceres, Cuidad Real, Valencia, Barcelona, Tánger and Montpellier. SERVICES consulting ANFORA, as Human Resources and Training Consultant for technical and enterprise teams, focuses on a number of areas: Consulting, coordination, evaluation and auditing of training projects. On an annual basis ANFORA participates in Occupational Training Programs in the professional specialization and certification programs given mainly to unemployed workers, but also to employed workers in small and medium-sized companies. In some cases these courses are tailored for groups with special labour insertion difficulties (women, disabled, aged over 45 years, etc...). ONGOING EDUCATION We have a multitude of experience in IT training programs for the AVANZA PLAN with its varied teaching methods: classroom, semipresential, blended learning and teletraining. At present, ongoing training constitutes a strategic objective that strengthens the companies productivity and its competitiveness in national and international markets. Companies are provided with training credits which can be received after applying allowances in its Social Security charges. ANFORA, among other services, formulate the necessary documents with the Tripartita Foundation for Employment Training along with a wide range of training courses, so that the course which is best suited to its needs can be chosen. HIGHER PROFESIONAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING Currently our organization has Approval as a Private Teaching Centre to provide general education courses including Advanced Level: Computer Systems Administrator Commerce and Marketing Management Computer Application Development MASTER/OSTGRADUATE TRAINING Some companies which endorse us: - Master in Management of Andalusian Technological Companies (MBA TIC) delivered in collaboration with Seville Chamber of Commerce. - Advanced Course in Innovation Management for the Council of Extremadura. - Managerial Training Course for Female Entrepreneurs for the Andalusian Womens Institute. More than 100 Training hours at all levels of entrepreneurial training for women who wish to become businesswomen. - Manager Training area from which we want to promote training programs which cover the clients demands and needs. The challenge is to achieve more and better managers, more motivated and motivating, able to lead and, in this way, creating loyal teams. 7

PLATFORMS All our online training platforms use the SCORM standard, which allows for greater integration between content and LMS managers. This translates into better content and greater interactivity for the student. The profiles are key to the monitoring of students, tutors and teachers involved in the courses. ANFORA UNIVERSITY OF EXTREMADURA ANFORA and the UNEX have signed a collaboration agreement with the main objective being the delivery of continuous training and inhouse qualifications. ANFORA is Consulting, Training and IT company primarily dedicated to the delivery of vocational training to workers. We have a huge catalogue of e-learning content developed in-house.
