Directed achievement analyses; oversaw conceptualization and design of analytical approach and statistical analysis of California statewide student-level data particularly analysis of instructional programs offered to English learners and reclassification. staffing, gave professional presentations at conferences and the California Department of Education, made press appearances (Telemundo), and wrote final reports and policy brief. Director of Achievement Analysis, Evaluation Study: High Priority Schools Grant Program (HPSGP), for the California Department of Education (2005). Provided conceptual leadership in the development of the student achievement analysis plan, and of the sampling frame to select low-growth and high-growth HPSGP schools recipients.
