Contract with Tyco Simplex Grinnell to upgrade security alarm system for the main building to ensure full building coverage and to replace defective equipment. 5. Renewal of membership in the Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) as a career technical collaborative with Great Oaks, Southern Hills, Butler Tech, U.S. Grant Career Center, and WCCC. 6. Renewal of the contract with the Warren County Educational Service Center (WCESC) for school year 2015-2016 for the following services: truancy, resource coordinator, and resident educator consortium. Executive Session For the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of public employees ORC 121.22(G)(1). Adjourn *A maximum of 30 minutes of public participation may be permitted at each board meeting. Each person addressing the board shall give their name and address. If several wish to speak, each person is allotted three minutes until the total time of 30 minutes is used. During that period, no person may speak twice until all who desire to speak have had the opportunity to do so. Persons desiring more time should follow the procedure of the Board to be placed on the regular agenda. The board s guidelines for public participation will be followed.
