Application Form Fee Application form fee is Rs 1200/- which is to be paid by NEFT/RTGS/Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit card. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable. Eligibility Criteria for Admission All residents of India fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned below can apply for admission to D.Pharm., B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. courses on the basis of instructions given in this Information Booklet. Educational Qualification D. Pharm. B. Pharm. A pass in XII th examination or intermediate examination or the first year of the three year degree course or pre-degree examination or an equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects Biology / Mathematics in XII th examination or an equivalent examination Candidate shall have passed XII th examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to XII th examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B / P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Note: 1. As per Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) notification, Candidates from open school are also eligible for admission to D.Pharm. and B.Pharm. courses. 2. Candidates who are under result awaited category/ get supplementary can apply but they are required to submit their result at the time of deposition of fee. B. Pharm. Part II (Lateral entry) A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. M. Pharm. At least 55 % marks (aggregate of 4 years/ 3 years for lateral entry admission) in B.Pharm. of any University / Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto by the competent authority [50 % in case of Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer)/sbc (non creamy layer) of Rajasthan State]. For Candidates having CGPA, after converting CGPA to equivalent percentage, at least 55% marks (aggregate of 4 years/ 3 years for lateral entry admission) in B.Pharm. of any University / Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto by the competent authority [50% in case of Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer)/sbc (non creamy layer) of Rajasthan State]. Fee Structure The fee for different Pharmacy Courses for the session 2018-19 is as follows: D. Pharm. B. Pharm. M. Pharm. Rs. 71,100/- per annum + Rs 1400/- examination fee (to be paid at the time of admission) + Rs. 2,500/- caution money (refundable) Rs. 45,550/- per semester + Rs 1400/- examination fee (to be paid at the time of admission) + Rs. 2,500/- caution money (refundable) Rs. 50,550/- per semester + Rs 2600/- examination fee (to be paid at the time of admission) + Rs. 2,500/- caution money (refundable) Admission to D. Pharm. / B. Pharm. Course: Declaration of Merit List, Counseling and Deposition of Fees marks obtained in qualifying examinations and Rajasthan State/National Level entrance test for Pharmacy/Engineering/Medical (if any) and shall be uploaded/ displayed on College Website and College Notice Board. 1) One who has higher marks in XII th or an equivalent examination. 2) One who has obtained higher marks in secondary examination (X th ) or its equivalent examination. 3) The candidate of higher age (older candidate). For admissions, Candidates shall be called for Counseling on the notified date. Selected Candidates are required to deposit the Prescribed Fee and the Requisite Documents (Original & Photocopy) on the same day / by the notified date. Admission to B.Pharm. Part (II) Lateral Entry: Declaration of Merit List, Counseling and Deposition of Fees D.Pharm. aggregate marks and shall be uploaded/ displayed on College Website and College Notice Board. Candidates having D.Pharm. final year result awaited, may be considered for provisional admission. 1) One who has passed Diploma in Pharmacy course earlier 2) The candidate of higher age (older candidate). Admission to M.Pharm. Course: Declaration of Merit List, Counseling and Deposition of Fees B.Pharm. aggregate marks and GPAT score (if any) and shall be uploaded/ displayed on College Website and College Notice Board. Candidates having B.Pharm. final year result awaited, may be considered for provisional admission on the basis of marks obtained upto B.Pharm. III year/ B.Pharm.Sem VII. 1) One who has obtained higher aggregate marks in B.Pharm. course Page 3 of 5
2) One who has passed B.Pharm. course earlier 3) The candidate of higher age (older candidate). For admissions, Candidates shall be called for Counseling on the notified date. The admissions to different M.Pharm. specializations shall be made in accordance with merit list and the order of choice of the specialization given by the Candidates on day of counseling. Selected Candidates are required to deposit the Prescribed Fee and the Requisite Documents (Original & Photocopy) on the same day / by the notified date. Part I and II For M.Pharm. Marksheets of all four years/eight semesters. In case of lateral entry admission, attach Marksheets of all three years/six semesters. 14) Be careful in filling the Application Form. Also refer FAQ. 19) The College reserves the right to reject any Application Form for proper reasons adduced therewith. 20) On the date of counseling, the admitted Candidates are required to deposit prescribed fee by NEFT/RTGS/Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit card. 21) Admitted Candidates shall bring all original documents for verification at the time of counseling. 22) Fee once deposited shall be refunded as per the rules. 23) The decision of the admission board shall be final and binding to all. 24) The jurisdiction for legal cases arising shall be limited to the competent courts at Jodhpur only. Admissions on the Vacant Seats and Drop-out Seats Advertisement shall be given for admission on vacant seats and drop-out seats (if any). Admissions on the vacant seats and drop-out seats (allotted but not reported) shall thereafter be made by the College in order of merit in a transparent manner ensuring the eligibility criteria and as per the details notified accordingly. Candidates who get supplementary in the qualifying examination and pass the supplementary examination (after the notified date) shall also be considered for admission on the vacant seats and drop-out seats.
