3. I recommend the establishment of the Ann Cross Gillette Scholarship Fund (007-9019) in the amount of $3,000 donated by Joseph L. Gillette in memory of his beloved wife, Ann. The scholarship will be awarded to two graduating students per year for three years according to criteria developed by the High School Guidance office and Scholarship Committee. Interest will not be credited to this scholarship. 4. I recommend the following personnel actions for the 2018-2019 school year: a. Retirement Resignation Joan D. Lightner, Teacher, effective 08/01/19. Mrs. Lightner has worked for Geneva Schools for 12 years. b. Resignation Karen Webb, substitute teacher, effective 04/09/19 c. FMLA Karen L. Ozbolt, Bus Driver, beginning 04/01/19. This leave will be designated under the Family Medical Leave Act. d. Amended FMLA Dennis P. Noble, Teacher, to extend his leave of absence through 06/03/19.
