Post Graduate Teacher Essential 1. Two years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject; Or Master Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: a) PGT (English)- English b) PGT (Hindi) Hindi or Sanskrit with Hindi as one of the subjects at Graduate level. c) PGT (Maths) Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics d) PGT (Physics) Physics / Electronics/Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics. e) PGT (Chemistry) Chemistry/ Bio. Chem. f) PGT (Biology) - Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/Bio Technology/ Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level. i) PGT (Commerce) Master s Degree in Commerce. However, holder of Degrees of M.Com in Applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible. j) PGT (Economics) Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics. k) PGT (History) Master Degree in History. l) PGT (Geography) Master Degree in Geography. m) PGT (Pol Science) Master Degree in Pol Science. 2. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized university 3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media. 2. Name of post Post Graduate Teacher (Computer Science) Essential : At-least 50 % marks in aggregate in any of the following; 1. B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognized by the Govt. of India. B.E or B. Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from recognized University. M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University. B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University.
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized University. B Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject. C Level from DOEACC Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation. 2. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English. Note: For subsequent promotion the incumbent will have to acquire B.Ed. or equivalent degree 3. TGTs Essential 1) Four years Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate ; Bachelor s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under : a) For TGT ( Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years. b) For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as a subject in all the three years. c) For TGT (English) : English as a subject in all the three years. d) For TGT (S.St) Any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography. e) For TGT (Maths) - Bachelor Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics. f) For TGT (Science)- Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. 2) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English medium(for Knowledge of Computer Applications. 4. PRTs (i). Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent. (ii). Passed in Central Teacher Eligibility Test(CTET) conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by NCTE for the purpose. (iv) STC/BSTC/JBT 5. Computer Instructor Essential : 1. B.E / B. Tech. (Computer Science/B.C.A./M.C.A./M.Sc.(Computer Science) M.Sc. (Electronics with Computer Science component) /M.Sc.(IT)/ B.Sc.(Computer Science) Bachelor s/ Master degree in any Science subject/ Mathematics from recognized university with Post Graduate Diploma in Computers application from government recognized University/ Institute. Post Graduate degree in any subject with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer application from government government recognized University/ O Level from DOEACC Post Graduate degree in any subject with minimum A Level from DOEACC
6. Sports Coach Essential: Bachelor degree in Physical education or NIS or SAI Coach equivalent. Desirable: National or State level participation certificate in games. 7. Yoga Teacher Essential : 1- Graduate in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University. 2- One year training in Yoga from a Recognized Institution. 8. Doctor Minimum MBBS & having valid registered with MCI (Payment Rs.1000/- Per Day for Two Hours) 9. Nurse BSc Nursing /Intermediate and Three years Diploma in GNM Nursing or equivalent (Payment Rs.750/- Per Day for 7 Hours) 10. COUNSEL M.A./M.sc. (Psychology) from a recognized college or university + regular one year post graduate diploma in guidance & counseling Or M.A./M.sc. /M.Com. with B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification + Regular one year post graduate diploma in guidance & counseling Note : For further details regarding eligibility of Qualification, please see KVS/our website. 1. Relaxation may be given only with the approval of competent authority if candidates with requisite qualification are not available 2. The eligible candidates may collect the prescribed application form from the vidyalaya or download from the vidyalaya website and submit the same with attested photocopies and required documents on the day of Interview. 3. No TA/DA etc. will be paid to candidates for interview. 4. All terms and conditions are subjected to KVS rules. 5. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English is essential for all categories of teachers. 6. Knowledge of Computer application is desirable. 7.
