Tri-Valley Board of Education AGENDA April 11, 2019 5:30 p.m. Regular Meeting BOARD MEMBERS: Eddie Brock, Jennifer Cox, Martha Prince, Jason Schaumleffel, Scott Welker NOTE: This is a meeting of the Board of Education for the purpose of conducting the School District s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the meeting as indicated on the agenda. All cell phones should be turned off during board meetings. Citizens of the Tri-Valley School District and employees who wish to speak with the Board are requested to keep items presented as brief as possible. Items are limited to five minutes for presentation and five minutes for discussion. Please complete the appropriate form and give it to the treasurer for proper recognition. D. Authorize continued membership with the Ohio Athletic Association for the 2019-2020 school year. (attached) E. Grant approval for Vo Ag Instructor, Brian Merce and approximately 20 FFA students to attend the following overnight event. Expenses will be paid by the parents and Vo Ag fund. Approve the purchase of two new 78-passenger Thomas Saf-T-Liner C2 341TS conventional school buses from Ohio Machinery Company, DBA Ohio Cat, as presented, for a total of $162,128. School buses were bid through Ohio Mid-Eastern Regional Service Agency (OME-RESA) pursuant to Tri-Valley School Board Resolution #19-3 (J) and O.R.C 3327.08. ADJOURNMENT: Adjournment @ P.M. 5
