CHS students pay $98 per exam ($4 is non-refundable) Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch pay $5 per exam Registration begins on Monday, February 4 th Registration ends on Friday, March 1 st at 11:59 p.m. Registrations not paid for by Monday, March 4 th at 11:59 p.m. will be canceled and exams will not be ordered Important Dates & Fees

Students must register and pay for AP Exams online through the Churchill website Eliminates the need for pre-administration sessions Payment is made online using a credit or debit card Alternatively, mail a personal check, money order or cashier s check to Total Registration Registration is not complete until you reach the confirmation page at the end Students and parents should complete the registration process together to avoid errors Total Registration
Cancellations received by Monday, March 4 th at 11:59 p.m. receive a $94 refund Cancellations received by Tuesday, April 30 th at 11:59 p.m. receive a $78 refund Cancellations received after Tuesday, April 30 th will receive no refund Refund / Cancellation Policy

Several sharpened #2 pencils with erasers Two pens with black or dark blue ink A watch (no internet access, should not beep or have an alarm) Up to two approved calculators (AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Physics and Statistics only) A ruler or straightedge (AP Physics only) Appropriate clothing temperature affects everyone differently so be prepared What to Bring to the Exam Room
Electronic equipment (phones, smartwatches, wearable technology, laptops, tablets, Bluetooth devices, portable listening or recording devices, MP3 players, ipods, cameras, photographic equipment, devices that can access the internet, timers, or any other electronic or communication devices) Books, compasses, protractors, mechanical pencils, #3 pencils, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, notes, or colored pencils What NOT to Bring to the Exam Room
Scratch paper (notes can be made on portions of the exam booklets) Watches that beep or have an alarm Computers or calculators (except as previously noted) Reference guides, keyboard maps, or other typing instructions Ear plugs Clothing or shoes with subject-related information Clipboards What NOT to Bring to the Exam Room

AP Exam scores will be reported online in July Make sure you have a College Board account which will allow you to view your PSAT, SAT and AP Exam scores Don t have an account? Students who have a documented disability may be eligible for accommodations on College Board exams If you ve already received College Board-approved accommodations on AP Exams, the PSAT or SAT, you do not need to apply again unless you ve changed schools or need different accommodations The deadline to apply for accommodations is February 22 nd More info can be found on page 7 in the Bulletin See Mr. Branstrom today if you need accommodations Accommodations
