Kosi Unit Month: September, 2018 Page No. 3 INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION The national flag was hoisted on 72nd Independence Day on 15th Aug. 18 by Sh. B. K. Sharma, Unit Head at GFL, Kosi, in presence of Sh. S. N. Sharma, Sh. Sanjeev Rajput with all senior staff members and workmen. On the occasion, Unit Head conveyed his compliments on behalf of Ginni Filaments Ltd. and paid tribute to freedom fighter martyrs stating that today we are independent because of their martyr. He stated that we should understand and use our basic rights with self disciplined as responsible citizen. Further, he added that, we should work hard with self discipline for overall development of our company. He also appreciated the team work and dedication of all employees due to which customer complaints are reduced, quality improved and production targets are also achieved. He also said that he expects from all employee to work in team with loyalty, responsibility, ownership and discipline. He also advised to make efforts for reducing waste, energy saving, good work practices for achieving production targets. He assured for all out cooperation from management and again conveyed compliments for 72nd Independence Day. The celebration was concluded with sweet distribution to all employees.

Panoli Unit Month: September, 2018 Page No. 5 TREE PLANTATION Recognizing the importance of tree plantation, contributing towards the same,panoli unit has taken a massive tree plantation drive within the premises by planting 50 Saplings on 1st August, 2018. Unit Head - Shri Arun Nag initiated the drive by planting a sapling and further all employees planted different saplings with full of energy and enthusiasm. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION Ginni Panoli celebrated 72nd Independence day on 15th August, 2018 showing patriotism towards the country. Unit Head - Shri Arun Nag hoisted the tricolor flag and gave a comprehensive speech remembering the freedom fighters and conveyed good wishes to the employees. The programme was carried forward by distribution of awards, sweets and gifts to the employees. It ended with soulful cheering of Jai Hind!.

Haridwar Unit Month: September, 2018 Page No. 7 WORKS COMMITTEE ELECTION A works committee election is held on dated 14th August in which 05 Members were got elected by the employees.some of the glipmses of it are below: QUANTUM ENGINEERING COLLEGE VISIT On Dated 24.08.18 there was industrial visit of Quantum College of Engineering in which students from different stream get to know about the industrial working culture. There was a Q&A sessions between the students and the Ginni gems in which they got solution for their queries regarding the work functions. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION On the Eve of Independence Day Sh. V.K Tripathi Ji has hosted the Flag in which employee has participated with full enthusiasm and shown their love for country.
