How to sign up for Classes ENTERING COURSES INTO INFINITE CAMPUS 1. Go to our school district website: www.kaukauna.k12.wi.us 2. Hover over Family Resources 3. Click on the Parent/Student Portal 4. Enter username and password

Scheduling Instructions- Click on your Post Grad Plan and then Next
Your courses that you previously took and are currently enrolled in will show up in the grade levels
ADVISORY Enter your Advisory into the 4 year plan before you start putting your classes in. You will select your Advisory under NON CREDIT at the bottom. current 9th grade - select course # 2000 current 10th grade - select course # 3000 current 11th grade - select course # 4000
Click on the box that you want to select a class. Select the class you would like. PLease make sure that you have met the prerequisites for the class.
-SAVE - make sure you click the SAVE button at the top
SENIOR RELEASE - SENIOR RELEASE - you will enter Study Hall into your schedule if you would like a Senior Release. - You will need parent/guardian permission to have a senior release. They will give/not give consent when filling out electronic registration forms during registration in August. If they give consent, your study hall will be changed to a senior release.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Counselors will be meeting with small groups of students January 9 - January 18. *Please check the office windows for the date, location and time that you will meet with your counselor. -Please pick up a Course Signature Sheet in the office if you are planning on signing up for a course that needs a signature - Deadline to have courses put into Academic Planning: 2019 January 18,
Programming Timeline January 9 - watch presentation in classroom January 9 - January 18 - Counselors will meet with students in small groups January 18 - Academic Planning will close on Infinite Campus for current 9th, 10th and 11th grade students
Course Request or Withdrawal Procedure Day 1-3 of Trimester Course changes will be considered Approval of Parent, Teacher, and Counselor required if dropping a class May add a class Day 4-12 of Trimester Drops with no penalty (WNP) will be granted when student submits necessary paperwork No classes can be added (Option to add Study Hall if no Study Hall is already assigned) Day 13-End of Trimester Drops with penalty (WF) when paperwork is submitted and approved No classes will be added (Study Hall will be added if Study Hall is not already assigned) Classes cannot be dropped when students already have a Study Hall
