Tab 4 - Academic Secondary School Attended o Secondary School transcript [last 3 years] including courses/subjects and grades/marks earned along with dates of attendance and graduation. Original language and translation in English. o Graduation Certificate from Senior Middle School (Diploma with the date of graduation). Original Language and translation in English. Colleges and Universities Attended (If applicable) o Transcripts from all colleges and universities (post-secondary institutions) attended showing subjects and marks earned. Original Language and translation in English.
Tab 5 - Statement Personal statement o you can submit your personal statement now or later. If you wish to submit your personal statement at a later time, do so by emailing it to admissions@lasierra.edu.
Tab 6 - Standards Please answer all questions as honestly as possible If you answer YES to some of these questions, it might require you to give an explanation. Please explain why you answered yes.
Tab 7 - Upload If you want to upload copies of your academic/ personal documents you can. ALL ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS UPLOADED HERE OR SENT VIA EMAIL WILL BE CONSIDERED UNOFFICIAL DOCUMENTS o o Unofficial copies of transcripts and academic documents can be used for the initial review and acceptance. Official transcripts and academic documents must be in our office BEFORE a student will be allowed to register for the first quarter. In order to be considered official by La Sierra University, all transcripts and academic documents must be mailed directly to the Office of Admissions of La Sierra University from the school or issuing authority. The official documents must be presented in the native language and accompanied by an English translation if applicable.
