Representatives from Coughlin, Foundotos, Cullen and Danowski spoke to the Board of Education regarding audit planning. On a motion by Mr. Leeman, seconded by Mr. Booth, the meeting adjourned to Executive Session to discuss specific personnel issues. On a motion by Mr. Leeman, seconded by Ms. Mulcahy the Board adjourned the Executive Session at 7:03 PM On a motion by Ms. Mulcahy, seconded by Mr. Leeman the following resolution was offered: Resolution #268 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the order of the agenda. Mr. George Duffy, Deputy Director for Student Services for SCOPE presented a plaque to Joanne Loewenthal for her services to the students of Hampton Bays. Health Services Contract with Bridgehampton Union Free School District for the 2009-2010 school year, as per the attached documentation. Resolution #273 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education, upon the recommendation of Larry Luce, School Business Administrator, approves the following budget transfers: 1. $136,529.58 to adjust BOCES codes within BOCES codes. 2. $18,582.29 to adjust within salary codes.
