Program structure We start with inputs from each company's business and HR leaders to understand the desired outcomes from the program. We also get in touch with every participant and his/her reporting manager to elicit specific needs and improve chances of post-program support for the participant s plans. Participants emerge from the program with not just insights but also a concrete, time-bound action plan to implement back at work. We include a 4-week retention module of gamified, online exercises that fit into their busy workdays and reinforce their learning from the workshop. What happens in the workshop The workshop is team-based, competitive, and driven by a realistic business simulation. Program facilitators Sreenivas leverages 23 years of experience in Unilever across India, China, and Bangladesh to guide leaders to develop strategic thinking and business acumen. He has helped teams across Honeywell, Mahindra & Mahindra, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., and many more. Sreenivas is a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF. Prior to his coaching career, Sreenivas was the CEO of Office Depot and Global Head of Strategy and Marketing at Essel Propack Ltd. Sreenivas Nagappa He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry degree, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Sreenivas helps companies develop skills that create an enabling environment and strongly believes that people make the difference.
