What is Open Enrollment Open enrollment refers to any student who lives outside of the Corona del Sol attendance boundary In accordance with state law, the Tempe Union High School District has established an open enrollment policy and implemented an open enrollment program without charging tuition for non-resident students and resident transfer students.
