Mehboob & Company Details: Bahria Town Jamia Masjid Complex is cultural complex. The complex will include the world's third largest mosque. An area of 50 acres at the top of a 60 feet high hill has been selected so that the mosque will be visible from miles away. The design include's a single-monument minaret towering at 325 ft. Scope : Electrical Details: The National Foods new Head Office is currently being setup at Saddar. And this office building aims to surpass all others with the very latest in design and engineering. nec was awarded this in 2016, to cover all the electrical scopes of the office.
Habib Bank Ltd. Mai Kolachi Building Client : Habib Bank Ltd. Location : Mai Kolachi, Karachi Year : 2017-2018 Architect : Naheed Mashooqullah Consultant : Eleken Associates Scope : Electrical Details: The Habib Bank limited corporate building is being setup at Mai Kolachi as the Head Office of the prestigious bank. It covers a total of 75,000 feet and incorporates state of the art functions to facilitate the corporate lifestyle at HBL. nec is currently in the process of completing this project, and hopes to add another high quality building to its repertoire.

IBA (Aman Tower) Client : Institute of Business Administration Location : Saddar, Karachi Year : 2014-2016 Architect : Engineering Associates Consultant : Engineering Associates Project Manager : Halcrow Scope : Electrical Details: Of the many new infrastructures setup by IBA, the main high rise project was the Aman Tower. The Aman Tower consists of 2 basements, a ground level and 13 floors. It also consists of 12 residential suites, four seminar halls that can seat up to 240 people, two lecture theatres with 100 person capacity each, eight classrooms, IT and Faculty Floors, Gymnasium, extensive parking space and a library. All electrical scopes of the Aman Tower were covered with quality execution.

Institute of Business Administration (Main Campus) Client : Institute of Business Administration Location : Karachi University Year : 2014-2016 Architect : Najmi Bilgrami Collaborative Consultant : S.Mehboob & Co, KPA. Project Manager : Halcrow, AAA, INTEQ, NESPAK, Consultech. Scope : Electrical Details: By far the most prestigious and well renound Business Universities of Pakistan, IBA invested in expanding and turning their campus into something like their reputation. With an idea for introducing new towers to add to its already brilliant infrastructure. Namely, Aman CED, New Academic Block, New Student Centre and a Boys Hostel. With ground-breaking changes in the infrastructure, IBA managed to implement a dream, which they call the Futurists Physical Expansion. As a nucleus of educational activities at IBA Karachi, the three-storied Academic Building covers an area of 51,300 square feet and accommodates classrooms, seminar and breakout rooms, faculty offices and computer labs. The Academic Building along with all its sister buildings, provides a space which caters to the psychology of a modern learning environment as well as a place for student association, social interaction and relaxation. Scope : Electrical Details: The Ocean Mall is located in the heart of Karachi, and this beautifully designed structure stands tall with 26 stories towering at 393 feet, making it one of the tallest buildings in Pakistan. It has its own 5 MW Powerhouse. The Ocean Mall serves the best brands and companies to setup shop here. nec had the responsibility of the electrical scope, and also covered a number of other office within the building. nec has covered the following projects in Ocean Mall & Tower, floors HUBCO, CHPGC, Givaudan, Siddiq Sons, JS Bank and Engro Polymers & Chemicals.
