CALL TO ORDER Mrs. Maria Sycz called the meeting to order. FINALIZATION OF AGENDA None Resolution #11:10-221: APPROVAL OF MINUTES It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the video transcribed meeting minutes for September 6, 2011. Further, it is recommended that a written summary of the special and regular minutes for the meetings on September 6, 2011 and September 20, 2011 be approved. Employment will be on an as-needed basis in accordance with rules, regulations and Board Policy governing such employment. This appointment is conditional based upon the content of the Criminal History Record Check as set forth in Board Policy GBQ. (2) $1,000.00 was donated by The Mockingbird Foundation to the Middle School Music Department. The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit foundation operated entirely on-line, run by volunteers, and devoted entirely to music education. Donation will be used specifically for the repair and/or replacement of instruments, equipment, sheet music or any music-related materials which were damaged/lost as a result of the flood that occurred on 2/28/11 resulting in the Middle School being closed on 3/1/11.
