Consulted with faculty and staff on managing difficult and concerning student behavior and on addressing academic misconduct issues. Served on the Behavioral Intervention Team and provided advocacy to students who were in distress or seeking assistance. Advised the Associated Students of the (ASUU) in all areas of student government including leadership development, ethics, policy creation, marketing, community relations, risk management, financial management of $1.7 million, and programming. Supervised six full time staff, two graduate assistants and four student assistants. Administered an office operations budget of over $150K. Oversaw the registration and recognition of over 500 student clubs and organizations through ASUU. Served on the Biased Incident Response Team. Implemented protocol for student deaths including communication with family members, registrar, academic departments, etc. and attended memorials when appropriate. Coordinated assessment and human resources efforts for the Dean s Office. Served on a number of standing and ad hoc University committees (see below).
