Homework Policy Objectives O contributes toward building self-discipline, responsibility and lifelong learning habits. O provides pupils with the opportunity to consolidate and apply what has been learned in class, complete unfinished class assignments, and develop independence O reinforce classroom learning objectives O allows teachers to check for pupils understanding & progress, so as to provide timely feedback, intervention and support.

How Parents can be a Supportive Partner Help your child by checking that they have packed the correct books to school Check your child s school diary for any note from the teachers and their homework Cooperate with the teachers by writing a note to inform us if your child is unwell or under medication so that we can take the extra care
