Rayat Shikshan Santha s. National Service Scheme Report on Social Awareness Programme The college is actively participating in the National Service Scheme. Many volunteers have shown their active participation in social services. The activity involves the volunteers to make them responsible citizens and develop societal behavior to interact with the society. Dr. Sudha Kankariya (Social worker, Ahmednagar) inaugurated the regular activities of National Service Scheme on 19 th August, 2015. She emphasized the importance of girl child in society and efforts to be taken to save girl child for better future. The volunteers interacted with her and shared their views on the issue. Prin. Report on Celebration of Independence Day The institute imbibes national integrity among the students through various activities. Independence Day was celebrated on 15 th August, 2015 in the institute. Prin. Dr. B. K. Karale hoisted the flag and addressed the staff and students. He acquainted students with the role of freedom fighters, great Indian heritage and culture. He advised to work for the national development and unity. NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME Report of One Student: One Tree National Service Scheme organized One Student: One Tree activity in campus of Radhabai Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ahmednagar to raise awareness among the students. It was organized on 5 th September, 2015. The aim of the One Student: One Tree is that each student should plant one tree and also nurture that tree during her stay in college campus and to raise interest among the students about environment. 135 students along with the 10 teachers who will take care of the plants, allocated plantation area. Notice of One Student One Tree with Poster was circulated in all the departments and then students prepared plant pit and their name plate which they had to fix near the plant. Students fill up plant pit with cow dung manure and soil. Sapling, Equipment, and Name Plate with writing material were provided by the University. The valuable guidance of Principal Dr. B.K. Karale, Vice Principal Dr.B.K. Auti and the Contribution of NSS coordinator Prof.S.N. Avhad, Dr. Mrs.S.A. Kulkarni, have made this activity successful.
NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME Constitution Day (Pledge) National Service Scheme unit of Radhabai Kale Mahila Mahavidyalaya Ahmednagar, As per the directives of government of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University, organized the celebration on the Constitution Day on 26th November 2015, where in Principal Dr. B. K. Karale addressed the students, and educated them with the history and importance of constitution in India. The college commemorate the day by organizing mock parliaments, pledge, reading the preamble, essay writing competitions, speech and debate competitions. The Programme was attended by 140 students and 70 teachers.
NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME REPORT ON SPECIAL WINTER CAMP 2015-2016 The college runs the National Service Scheme unit. A Special winter camp was organized from 23 rd to 29 th December, 2015 at village Chas Tal-Nagar, Dist-Ahmednagar. It is 13 km away from the Ahmednagar city. Seven days residential camp was organized involving 100 volunteers, 6 teachers and 2 non-teaching staff. During Special Winter Camp, the following programmes were organized: 1. Cleaning the village 2. Tree plantation 3. Informative lectures 4. Rally on Cleanliness Awareness 5. Cultural activity and survey of school dropouts. The volunteers have participated in all activities enthusiastically during the camp. The valedictory function was organized in the presence of Mr. Subhash Nikam Dy. S.P. (CID), Adv. Eknath Gunjal and Mr. Arun Dhamne. Prin. Dr. B. K. Karale motivated the volunteers and guided for the social work us to do the activity. Mr.S.N. Avhad, Dr.Mrs. S. A. Kulkarni, and non-teaching staff worked actively for making this activity successful.

NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME Tree Plantation at Chas National Service Scheme unit of Radhabai Kale Mahila Mahavidyalaya Ahmednagar, organized Tree Plantation at Chas, on25 th December, 2015. Trees are the foremost source for producing the oxygen in environment, they helps to reduce the level of Carbon dioxide. As we all know that the whole world is facing the problem of global warming and to recover from such problem planting the trees is become one of the most important aspects today. Principal Dr. B.K. Karale, Vice Principal Dr. B. K. Auti and the NSS coordinator Prof. S. N. Avhad, Dr. Mrs. S. A. Kulkarni, along with 100 students and 5 teachers contributed actively in this programme.

College had organized Voter pledge programme to aware the students of college and to impart the knowledge about importance of voting. 150 NSS students participated in spread voting awareness among the villagers of Chas gaon. There were 6 teachers of college along with Principal Dr. B.K. Karale, vice Principal Dr. B.K. Auti the NSS coordinator Prof. S. N. Avhad, Dr. Mrs. S. A. Kulkarni participated in this programme.
NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME Report on rally for awareness on facilitating sanitation at village (Hangandari Mukt Gaon) National Service Scheme unit has organized rally on 26 th December, 2015 at Chas for inculcating awareness on facilitating sanitation at village (Hangandari Mukt Gaon) The volunteers have made door to door campaign for using toilets and eco-friendly sanitation etc. The volunteers have explained the preventive measures to the villagers to keep healthy and hygienic ambience in the village. Volunteers have made dialogue with the villagers on health related issues caused by dirtiness. There are many consequences of not having the toilets such as disease like cholera, jaundice and so on. Student Welfare Committee Personality Development 2015-16 The Department of Student Welfare committee of Radhabai Kale Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ahmednagar in collaboration with SavitribaiPhule Pune University, Pune organized a Scheme of Personality Development. It was inaugurated by Dr. B. K. Karale, Principal Radhabai Kale Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ahmednagar. Mr. B. S. Nikalje student welfare officer of our college introduced the purpose of the Programme. A one-day Programme of Personality Development was organized on 05January 2016 by the student welfare committee of the college. The speaker of this programme Dr. PritamkumarBedarkarAhmednagar College, Ahmednagar expressed his views on Personality Development.There were 76 students and 04 teachers actively participated in this Programme.Student Welfare Committee, S.
