Mrs Bury s thought for the week For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope, (Jeremiah 29:11) Confirmation Tuesday evening saw St George's Church become St Joseph's for one night only. Many congratulations to our Year 6 Confirmandi. We are very proud of our children and rightly so. It was a truly blessed occasion, a school and parish celebration. Huge thanks go to the members of the parish who led us in the singing as well as those who were there as a part of the congregation. As a school we are truly grateful to them for their support. As always school staff were ever present - thanks go to them for their dedication and commitment. We are a wonderful school and Tuesday night demonstrated that. Mrs Bury Children s Mass Thank you to all parents and children who attended the Children s Mass on Sunday 18 th November. It was wonderful to see so many of you there, it was a truly uplifting celebration! We are looking forward to the next one which will be in the last half of the Spring Term. Mrs Bury

Despite the horrible and wet conditions, the girls played two matches. The team lost 1 game and won 1 game. Goals were scored by Harriet (Yr4) and Evie (Yr6). All the girls played superbly throughout the freezing cold morning and never once complained. Well done girls, you all did a fabulous job!
