Saturday, weekly off is for vocational staff only. But if normal academic day is observed on any Saturday, the vocational staff along with the non vocational staff has to attend the same as a part of their regular duty. Total number of teaching day is fixed i.e 90 days and the same is to be observed by all the institutions Monthly review meeting is to be conducted as per the Academic Calendar, in case of exigencies the date of the said meeting may be extended till 10 th of the respective month and the presentation in the prescribed format has to be mailed to md@jisgroup.org and simarpreet@jisgroup.org Holiday of the institute is fixed as per the Academic Calendar The co curricular and extra curricular activities mentioned in the Academic calendar i.e conduction of seminar, Innovative Idea competition, Parent Teacher Meeting, etc are the minimum activities which have to be conducted by each of the Institution.
