Each Guide breaks down the subject into distinct topics, followed by practice problems to strengthen your skills. Foundations Strategy Supplements These supplemental books provide critical refreshers of core concepts, as well as ample practice with basic math and verbal skills. The Foundations of GMAT Math (FoM) book reinforces computational abilities, clarifies fundamental ideas, and lays the groundwork for the math Strategy Guides. The GMAT Foundations of Verbal (FoV) book reviews basic concepts of grammar and logical arguments; it also provides insight into Reading Comprehension and lists of GMAT words and idioms. The Strategy Guides and Supplements mentioned above are also available for download as ebooks in your Student Center. MANHATTAN PREP POLICIES MAKING UP CLASS SESSIONS If you miss a session of the Boot Camp, we advise you to speak directly with your instructor(s) about the best way to make up the material. One option is to make up class sessions through GMAT Interact, our on-demand GMAT course. Our course students have full access to this program and can complete lessons at any time. These lessons are also a great way to review content from the course. If you are enrolled in an in-person Boot Camp, you will also have the option of making up the class session by sitting in on another inperson course in your area (students are allowed up to three make-up classes). You can reserve a sit-in spot by calling our office at 212-721-7400 or by making a reservation online via your Student Center. Because the Boot Camp program differs somewhat from our standard course offering, we highly recommend that you speak with your instructor(s) before scheduling a make-up class, to ensure that you are attending a comparable session. Online course students can access recordings of each of their class sessions with their assigned instructors through Blackboard Collaborate, our e-learning platform. Each recording becomes available approximately 24 hours after that week s session ends. SWITCHING INTO A DIFFERENT COURSE If you re enrolled in a course that has not yet started and is not sold out, you may switch into another course that better fits you by contacting Student Services at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class you are currently enrolled in. If your course has already started or is sold out, you can switch into a different course by paying a switch fee. If you choose to switch from an online course into an in-person course or a boot camp, you will need to pay the difference in cost between these programs. RETAKING A COURSE Complete Course students can retake an in-person or online course for a significantly reduced retake fee. To enroll at the reduced rate, call Student Services at 212-721-7400. If you want to retake a different program than you originally completed, your retake fee may differ. Retake fees for international in-person course students may also differ. PAYMENTS Full tuition is due by the first day of class. If you have any questions about your account, contact us at 212-721-7400. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS Due to our proprietary materials and limited class sizes, we are not able to provide refunds for any reason. This applies to all tuition payments and fees. We always want to work with you to make sure your course experience is a great one. Give us a call if you have questions or if there is anything we can do to improve your prep experience with us. Our Student Services team is available seven days a week at gmat@manhattanprep.com or 212-721-7400. SCORE GUARANTEES Manhattan Prep does not make any score guarantees. While we provide you with the structure for success including a rigorous curriculum and outstanding teachers most of the work must come from you. If you complete all the assigned homework, come prepared to class, and take advantage of the many resources we provide, you will be well-equipped to meet your GMAT score goals. If there is anything else we can do to help along the way, just give us a call!
