2016-17 TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE REGISTRATION 1. New Student Registration (per student) $550* March 12, 2016 2. Returning Student Registration (per student) $550* April 29, 2016 * Registration is non-refundable and/or non-transferable. TUITON PLANS 1. St. Serra Plan ($8,150) -- Grades: 9, 10, 11 ($8,450) -- Grade: 12 a. Mandatory Fundraisers: A total of in fundraising fees will be billed to the student account. i. Fall Raffle () due by October 6, 2016 (per family). b. Parent Service Hours: 40 total hours (20 per semester/per family) i. $20 fee for each incomplete hour due by December 30, 2016 and April 28, 2017. ii. 10 additional hours required for families receiving financial assistance (50 total hours). c. All grades 9-12 include a class retreat. d. 12th Grade tuition includes cap and gown, diploma and case and Grad Night. 2. Cavalier Plan ($9,150) -- Grades 9, 10, 11, 12 a. All grades 9-12 include a class retreat. e. 12th Grade tuition includes cap and gown, diploma and case and Grad Night. TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS 1. Paid in full on or before August 3, 2016: $425 discount applies (Paid in Main Office). 2. Paid in two installments: Due August 3, 2016 and January 9, 2017 (Paid in Main Office). 3. Paid in 10 monthly installments: Due August 2016 to May 2017 (Paid through FACTS online). - 1 -

TUITION PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS 1. All families must enroll in FACTS for monthly payment processing. 2. FACTS enrollment begins January 1, 2016. 3. Families who fail to enroll with FACTS will be assessed an additional $25 per monthly payment processing fee and will not qualify for financial assistance. 4. Previously enrolled accounts in FACTS will be automatically re-enrolled upon receipt of the registration deposit. FACTS will assess a $45 processing fee. 5. New students must complete the FACTS online enrollment form by visiting our website at www.laserrahs.org. 6. The last day to activate FACTS accounts for a 10 month payment plan is July 11, 2016. TUITION DISCOUNTS 1. Catholic parishioner tuition discount: $375 (per student from tuition cost) 2. Serra Sibling discount: $500 (per student from tuition cost) 3. Catholic school sibling discount: $275 (per family from tuition cost) 4. Full Tuition Payment Discount $425 (per family if paid by August 3, 2016) Students receiving assistance must maintain academic, service and extra-curricular requirements. FINANCIAL POLICIES 1. Refunds a. Registration is non-refundable and/or non-transferable. b. Athletic fees are payable at the business office. c. If a student pays a fee to participate in or attend an extra-curricular event and then is unable to attend due to health or family emergency, an exception for a refund of the fee will be made. d. Athletic Spirit-Pack fees are paid online to the vendor. 2. Making Payments a. All tuition payments will be directly debited from the account on file with FACTS tuition management. 3. Penalties a. Mandatory meeting NO SHOW: $50 per meeting/per family b. NSF/Return item fees: $30 each return c. Late Fee: $25 each late payment - 2 -

4. Delinquent Accounts a. Tuition and fees are due monthly on a predetermined date determined by your FACTS Online agreement. b. A late fee will be assessed by the school for all outstanding balances. c. If three collective attempts to collect payment fail, the student will be placed on tuition suspension and may not attend school or school activities until past due balances have been received and paid only by cash, cashier s check, or money order. d. Students with a 30-day past due balance will be automatically withdrawn and the account will be turned over to a collection agency. Students will not be permitted to take final exams unless all balances on accounts are current. e. Students with outstanding balances may not participate in activities including but not limited to: Athletic team participation, dances, Grad Night, Baccalaureate, Prom, Graduation, etc. Any monies paid for these activities will be applied toward the student s outstanding balance. Diplomas, official transcripts, report cards, and class schedules may be withheld or marked incomplete until accounts are cleared. A student will not be permitted to re-register in the fall semester if there is an outstanding balance of any amount from previous school years. f. Students may lose financial awards if accounts become delinquent. 5. FACTS Returned Items/NSF a. Payments returned for non-sufficient funds will be billed $30 by FACTS. b. After one returned item, the school will only accept payment in cash, money order, or cashier s check. 6. Other Fees a. Fees other than tuition are billed separately and are payable in the Main Office.
