The District Court referred the matter of an attorneys fees reduction, in light of the merits panel s November 5, 2014 order and remand (see Case No. 13-30185, Docs. 00512929056, 00512929057), to Magistrate Judge Wilkinson. The parties have submitted fees-related briefing to Judge Wilkinson. On September 21, Appellant Schedler filed his brief in the separate appeal of the District Court s Amended Permanent Injunction against the Secretary of State (see Case No. 15-30652, Doc. 00513200887). Appellees brief is due on October 21. The Secretary has also indicated, in a District Court filing, his intent to file a motion to stay the Amended Permanent Injunction. See Exhibit A, Doc. 493.
