CCS nominates sends students to Boys and Girls State CCS is proud to announce the nominations for TN American Legion Auxiliary Girls and Boys State summer programs. It is one of the most highly regarded programs in the nation and TN is reputed to have one of the very best. This is a week long summer program for current juniors who have excelled in academics, student government and leadership. The program teaches students about state government, citizenship and how they can positively affect their communities by forming and running a mock government. Courtney Jackson is our nominee with Baylor Tolleson being our alternate for Girls State at Lipscomb University and both Anthony Beiler and Brian Turbyfill are the nominees for Boys State at TN Tech. Congratulations!!!! MS Exam Schedule: May 13 14 May 14 15 8th Grade Exams during Math and Language Class 6th Standard Math 6th and 7th Grade Exams during Math and Language Class MS students will have an exam in Math and Language during their normal class times on these days. No there MS tests will occur on these days. MS students should be at school all day as usual.
