DISSOLVE SOCIAL ANXIETY BASIC RECOVERY SYSTEM (DSA LEVEL 1) PROGRAM OVERVIEW & LOGISTICS Congratulations for signing up for this program, it will be a life changer for you. In order to get the most out of your experience in the DSA Program, read this entire guide before beginning. First grab something to drink if you need to, sit back and relax as you prepare to read this guide. No matter how eager you are to start the program, please take your time in reading through this overview document, it will help to ensure higher levels of success in the program, and to get the best results from it. DOING THE WORK & PRACTICES IN THE PROGRAM With the DSA Program, if you study all the modules, and commit to the work, you ll make significant changes in your belief system, your emotional and behavioral patterns - AND therefore your life. It is my sincere hope you ll have made significant progress, and even be free of social anxiety by the end of the program. If not, you ll have all the tools to continue on the path of overcoming social anxiety. Remember that recovery can t be guaranteed from this program (or with any coach or therapist), there are many factors that come into play for someone with social anxiety, in particular how long they ve had it, what work has already been done, and what work you are willing to do. However, if you do the work, you cannot help but to improve greatly. But this is important... YOU VE GOT TO DO THE MODULES, PRACTICES AND THE HOMEWORK FULLY - otherwise it will be difficult to improve. It s as simple as that. Though there is a great deal of valuable information in the program, if you only watch the lesson and try to absorb the information without taking action, you won t see much improvement. SO most important of all YOU VE GOT TO PRACTICE WHAT YOU ARE LEARNING IN THE PROGRAM. Copyright 2013 http://socialexpression.net Page 1

In order to truly change, we must practice new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving out in the real world to shift ourselves and to reinforce the changes; away from social anxiety and into social and self-confidence. Though great insights, new concepts and new practices will all arise in the modules as you watch them, most of the work and transformation doesn t happen there. It happens in between modules when you are practicing and doing the work. So I urge you to take this program seriously, to get the most out of it and to get better by committing to do the work in the DSA program. Can you commit right now to participating in the program fully? Please stand up and say: Yes, I commit fully with all of my mind, body and being to doing the work in the DSA program. Right now, stand up and say it outloud three times. Did you do it? Good. Now you re ready to begin. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let s cover the logistics of the program now. Below are some important things to know about how the program will work, how to use the DSA module system and more. A) LOGGING IN You can always login via the MEMBER LOGIN Button on the top navigation bar or by visiting the link http://socialexpression.net/member-login. PASSWORD RESET: You can reset your password, etc on the login page. DO NOT SHARE YOUR LOGIN: Please do not share your login information with anyone, it is for your use alone. Sharing your login is grounds for PROGRAM/ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, WITHOUT REFUND. If for some reason you cannot reset your password through the system, or have any login problems after purchasing the program, please email csupport@socialexpression.net ASAP to get assistance. We ll help you as soon as we can. B) HOW TO USE THE DSA MODULE SYSTEM You have access to all of the 12 modules and bonus sections as soon as you login. Because this is a transformational/experiential learning program it has been designed to work over time and with practice. It has lots of information in the video lessons, supplemental audios and exercises as well as homework and routine building regimens for overcoming social anxiety. The minimum recommend time is one week per lesson with a one week break between every four lessons. Here is an outlay for the minimum recommend time for the DSA program. Week 1: Overview & Module 1 Week 2: Module 2 Week 3: Module 3 Week 4: Module 4 Week 5: BREAK 1 Week 6: Module 5 Week 7: Module 6 Week 8: Module 7 Week 9: Module 8 Week 10: BREAK 2 Week 11: Module 9 Week 12: Module 10 Week 13: Module 11 Week 14: Module 12 Post-Program: review program as needed you have lifetime access. SET CALENDER REMINDERS: it would be well worth it that you set electronic calendar reminders (Google calendar or whatever calendaring system or free email you use) if you want to follow the program above, or set a longer timeframe (i.e. two weeks per lesson). This will help remind you to stay on course. THE IMPORTANCE OF FOLLOWING A SET SCHEDULE: Again, it is NOT recommended you watch one module and then move onto the next one without allowing at least one week (or more) between modules. You will not make good progress this way without taking time to absorb the information, review the lesson if need be (or parts of it) and do the homework and practices associated with each lesson. If you don t set some kind of schedule, then you may fall off the wagon and not complete the program. So it is important to set some kind of schedule, with reminders, and follow it as best you can. Of course life happens, so if you get off track, don t beat yourself up, just revise the schedule and get back on track. SPECIAL NOTE ON EXPOSURE WORK: It is recommend you start doing exposure work sooner than later, if you can. The program has been designed so that if someone has a lot of social anxiety and really afraid of exposure, the intensive exposure work won t begin until Module 8. However, if you feel you want to push it faster, I encourage you to do so. You can watch Module 8 at your discretion, just know that modules and concepts will be talked about that you haven t seen yet. WATCH THE VIDEO MODULE, LISTEN TO AUDIO LATER It s important that you do watch the video module at least once and complete and submit any written parts of the homework for that week. It s recommend that you listen to the audio to reinforce that module s principles, you can download the audio file underneath the module to listen to on your computer or a portable MP3 device. Copyright 2013 http://socialexpression.net Page 3

HOMEWORK ACCESS All homework is in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. You can download the Adobe Reader here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ Whenever you login for the next module, you will be brought to the current module (except for Module 1 where you are brought to the Program Overview first). If you get behind and need to go back to a module, or want to review any modules, just go to the right sidebar for your module list, or to the Program Overview page. CREATE A FOLDER ON YOUR COMPUTER TO SAVE ALL MATERIALS We recommend you create a folder where you can download this program overview guide and all related support materials and module downloads. SPECIAL NOTE: BONUS OR ADD-ON SECTIONS Throughout the program, some modules will have bonus or add-on sections. This are considered additional, yet required sections. Please don t treat them as optional. All the information and practices are here for you to fully support your recovery. Please do these sections. C) DOING THE HOMEWORK Though you get all the modules, resources and tools of other levels of the DSA program, you will not be getting homework feedback and support from David with the Basic Recovery System. It s up to you to do all the homework, and of course that is what is recommended. Even more so is to practice the new concepts and exercises you ve learned. There is no amount of pure, mental information that s going to shift your live away from social anxiety dramatically. YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE. Any therapy, coaching or personal development approach that doesn t advocate consistent practice both inside your home, and out in the world, isn t an approach worth using. PURCHASING ADDITIONAL SUPPORT If you do feel that you d like to sign up for higher levels of the program at some point we recommend you do that within the first four weeks. I don t recommend doing it any later than that, but there may be exceptions depending on your circumstances. I sincerely hope that the BRS level alone will help you a great deal, but if not you can choose to upgrade at your discretion. SUPPLEMENTAL SESSIONS: You can purchase supplemental one-on-one Skype coaching sessions to go along with the DSA program. Rates vary depending on number of sessions purchased. FULL IMMERSION COACHING: If you want to work with David with VIP one-on-one anxiety & life coaching (weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions, quick coaching calls in between as necessary, full email support and more). A full immersion VIP program is done on a monthly, longer-term basis. Copyright 2013 http://socialexpression.net Page 4

You can email csupport@socialexpression.net if you want to upgrade to a higher level support package for the DSA program, purchase supplemental sessions, or enroll in a full immersion program with David (limited spots available). D) BILLING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT For any billing questions, technical issues, problems logging in, video files not showing, etc, please email customer support at csupport@socialexpression.net. Since we don t have a huge staff, please allow 24-48 hours for a response, though someone will respond as soon as we can. A VERY IMPORTANT BILLING REMINDER: On your credit card, Paypal or banking statement you will see a charge by CLICKBANK or "CLKBANK*COM" on or very close to the date you purchased the DSA Program. If you used a credit card other than yours, please inform your partner or family member that this purchase will appear on their credit card. It is recommended that you explain how their credit card will be charged, depending on what level of the program you ve purchased, also you should forward the receipt for your program purchase to their email, so they know to expect the charge. If for some reason they don t recognize the charge and void it, your program access could be revoked, though we will try to resolve this with you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOW ON TO THE DISSOLVE SOCIAL ANXIETY BASIC RECOVERY SYSTEM. Get ready for some serious self-discovery and learning to dissolve your social anxiety and get your life back! You can find the link to the first module further down the program overview page. I hope you are as excited as I am about this program. Congratulations for signing up and doing what it takes to really help yourself dissolve your social anxiety, once and for all. Important Action Steps to complete after reading this guide: 1) YOUR PURCHASE EMAIL: Remember that your card will be charged by CLICKBANK. If you purchased the program with someone else s credit card, please inform them and forward them your email receipt. 2) EMAIL SAFE SENDERS: Put the following email addresses in your safe senders list - csupport@socialexpression.net 3) BEGIN THE PROGRAM: Watch Module 1 and begin your new life on the road to real social anxiety recovery!
