Renewal of the contract with the Warren County Educational Service Center (WCESC) for school year 2014-2015 for the following services: truancy, resource coordinator, and resident educator consortium at a cost of $41,500.91. 2. Renewal of contract with Production Services Unlimited for the shredding and recycling of documents for the 2014-2015 school year not to exceed $800.00. 3. Renewal of agreement with Tools for Schools for the EnrollTrack Online System Access effective the 2014-2015 school year at a cost of $4,740.00. 4. Renewal of contract with Tyco Simplex Grinnell for monitoring services at Greentree Health Science Academy effective August 1, 2014 July 31, 2017 for an annual price of $782.00. 5. Renewal of the Job Coaching Services between WCCC and Easter Seals Tri-State for the 2014-2015 school year not to exceed $8,726.00. 6. Omnicare Clinical Affiliation agreement effective July 1, 2014. 7. Renewal of Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services Purchase Service Contract for Workforce Investment Act effective July 1, 2014 June 30, 2016. 8. Approve contract with JP Mohler, LLC for assessment and recovery of potential refunds for prior sales tax paid on fuel (diesel and gasoline). B. Personnel 1. Employment Recommendations a. Executive Session For the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of public employees ORC 21.22(G)(1). Adjourn *A maximum of 30 minutes of public participation may be permitted at each board meeting. Each person addressing the board shall give their name and address. If several wish to speak, each person is allotted three minutes until the total time of 30 minutes is used. During that period, no person may speak twice until all who desire to speak have had the opportunity to do so. Persons desiring more time should follow the procedure of the Board to be placed on the regular agenda. The board s guidelines for public participation will be followed.
