What my experience from the leading universities in the world teaches me is clear: machine learning is the future of management and organization. However, while the training of software engineers as well as traditional management specialists is going well, very few programs prepare professionals who can serve as a bridge between these two worlds. As a result, software engineers often do not understand the needs of business, and the business world does not understand the possibilities of technology. There are fewer specialists who will be able to fill this gap than people who are highly experienced in programming. Our program is one of the few in Europe satisfying this shortage. Prof. Dariusz Jemielniak, PhD Leader of the Program As a theoretician and practitioner of artificial intelligence, I am very aware of how much this field will affect the functioning of an organization, business, institution or education. Freedom of movement within it is guaranteed by intensive courses in the field of big data, machine learning or algorithms. Combined with management skills gives you a guarantee of active, effective and conscious participation in the future economy. Our program of studies is a result of a unique combination of management, AI and data science. It has been created in the context of technological changes in mind that we are all witnessing. Aleksandra Przegalińska-Skierkowska, PhD Leader of the Program The possibilities offered by the Big Data analysis and machine learning are changing the social and business reality around us today: they open up new opportunities in many sectors, from technological start-ups, through banking, to management in the public sector. However, not everyone is able to understand what is the result of these changes and how to find them. No wonder most of the study programs in Poland and in the world do not give students tools that will allow them to consciously participate and shape this change. Knowledge in the fields of management, social sciences, programming, advanced data analytics is required. Our program, unique on a European scale, complements this gap and gives graduates the opportunity to start a career at the junction of these exciting, future- -oriented areas. Agata Stasik, PhD Leader of the Program
